Beautiful cozy cottage with bamboo style. Each room has items from this bamboo. We were especially impressed by the backlight in the bamboo trunk at the head of the bed. Near the parking is guarded and free of charge for guests of this guesthouse. 2 minutes to the entrance to the beach!

Excellent location. Exit to Primorskaya Street - the first street after the embankment. Quiet calm place both night and day. No need to cross busy roads. Nearby there are two canteens, pyaterochka, bicycle / scooter rental. The nearest beach is Bahamas, but I advise you to go to the Gardens of the Seas. Cars are parked under a steel canopy in the yard, but in two rows in succession, it will be inconvenient...

Everything is very neat, family-friendly and close to the sea! Not a big hotel of 3-4 stars, but for a relaxing holiday, that's it!

Excellent location of the house, 100 m to the sea (5 min walk), next to the house there is a grocery store (right at the entrance to the gate to the house), there is an excellent dining room where you can eat well and the prices are the lowest of all that we tried here.

We rested here for 2 years in a row. We rented a two-room suite. The room is clean, the surrounding area is cleaned every day. Our floor had a separate veranda for outdoor seating. The owners and staff are very friendly, they respond to any request. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, laundry room, garage. To the sea 5 minutes walk, there is a pyaterochka, a pharmacy, cafes nearby.

Lovely guest house with new rooms. All the amenities in the room. Shared kitchen, free use of washing machine, Conder. Beach, shops, dining rooms within walking distance.
