We rented a double room at this hotel. Everything was arranged in this hotel, the staff is polite, there is a kitchen - everything is delicious and not expensive.
We arrived a day early, so it was a holiday. Settled in another room, no surcharges. There are no complaints about the staff, tactful. At the request, they gave an additional set of linen, room cleaning on demand (we asked to wipe the floor every three days), no intrusive services. Due to the rains, upon arrival, the stay was extended by three days, additional days were paid only on the fourth day...
Excellent hotel! Clean and comfortable rooms. All the amenities for a family holiday. They rested from 07/30/20 to 08/04/20. We are happy with everything. Excellent hotel dining room with delicious food. Location from the beach 5 minutes walk with a child.
The cafe is not very good. The service is even worse. There is no parking. They offer to put the car in a paid parking lot in the courtyard of a house nearby. Although you can not call it a parking lot. This is a yard of a private house overgrown with weeds, the owner of which is an ill-mannered boor! The car is not visible from the hotel. The hotel is a barn. It has -5 stars. There is no cleaning, you can hear it as if you are on the market on the street. Rest in it is an extreme vacation, the building needs a major overhaul. It is not clear why it is called a hotel at all.

Very satisfied with this hotel the location is quiet. Each room has a balcony overlooking the sea. Our room had two rooms for the price of one) on the ground floor. And also in the room there is a shower, a toilet, an air conditioner, a flat-screen TV, a kettle, a refrigerator, Wi-Fi. During the week that we lived there, we didn’t see almost any of the residents and employees, you can safely walk around the hotel’s territory, no one interferes and you don't bother anyone. Who loves peace, here 👍👍 on the ground floor there is a kitchen. There is also a parking lot, and it's free. If one of the hosts sees my review, thank you so much for everything! And most importantly, the price, I think it’s not lower in Lazarevsky. Since September 15, they have 800 rubles for a number. Before that, like 1300, but I could be wrong. Another plus is the beach is clean, probably because it is the outskirts. All in all 🤗

Cozy rooms, beautiful view, 4 stars for the stepped descent to the beach, but this is already the choice of those who choose this hotel, knowing in advance that it is located on the mountain
