We vacationed with our family from June 15 to 18..we were very pleased.comfortable.very reasonable prices.good-natured staff..the sea is within walking distance..as is all the infrastructure..quiet place..very satisfied
We rested in this place with a friend from May 29 to June 2. I liked everything very much. Rooms with high ceilings, good repair and furniture. Located close to the sea and city infrastructure. Special thanks to the administrator Armen for his friendliness and help.

We rested with a friend from 07.07 to 16.07. I liked everything! To the sea 3-5 minutes slowly! There are many supermarkets, canteens, cafes near the house. The railway station is 10 minutes from the house. The room has everything you need, everywhere cleanliness and order! Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed regularly! We rested at the end of June with a big noisy company with children, everything was fine, just a gorgeous view of the sea, nearby all the entertainment, dining rooms, several beaches to choose from within a 5-minute walk. Very friendly and friendly hostess Tamara, only pleasant impressions and memories remained. Recommend.

Great house! Wonderful, hospitable and helpful hosts! We came for the second time to rest in Lazarevskoye and again stayed at Tamara with Dima, at Mirnaya 12. Cozy, everything is new, the rooms are spacious and clean, air conditioning and safes in the rooms, video surveillance, room cleaning, great view from the balcony, a number of cafes, canteens, barbecue, market, shops, pharmacies, dolphinarium...

The location of the GD is excellent - a couple of minutes walk to the beach, there is a dining room along the way. Near the shopping center Turquoise.
The rooms themselves are quite spacious, the corridors are clean, the courtyard is clean and quiet. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook. The dishes are really greasy, but it already depends on how the guests wash themselves. The beds in the room leave much to be desired: a spring mattress and a sheet immediately, sleeping on such a bed is sooooo uncomfortable. The rooms are cleaned, but if you like to sleep longer, you will have to wean yourself to be removed))) If you are a fan of outdoor activities, then Volna itself is where to spend the night, cook a meal, take a bath and drink a cup of coffee.

Rested in 2019 in mid-June! The room corresponds to the description! The room has everything you need. Five minutes to the sea, to shops as well. The staff is polite and friendly, in the evening it is very pleasant to sit on a chic balcony overlooking Lazarevskoye! A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF for a great stay😍😍

Wonderful hotel. If you do not find fault with trifles, then everything is CLASS. The location of the hotel is very good to the sea 5 min. course, a bunch of grocery grocery stores and the same number of stalls and souvenir shops. There are also many pharmacies.

I write personally about my number, somewhere and better than the number. TV catches on the strength of 3 channels.
The mattresses are spring, without soft bedding on the second day the back starts to hurt. Sintipon pillows. In the bathroom with a toilet, a warm floor is constantly working; there is almost no ventilation from this stuff and dampness. Blinds are broken. Minimal furniture.
There is air conditioning refrigerator (TV with 3 channels)

Good hotel. Five minutes to the sea. The rooms are all renovated, clean, cleaned every other day. There is a public kitchen. The staff is friendly and understanding.
