Pension Red carnation is one of the best places on the black sea coast. The boarding house is located in Lazarevskoye village (a district of Big Sochi). Lazarevskoye is characterized by its developed infrastructure and picturesque nature. Here at the junction of the sea and mountains is a land of the subtropics with their warm, mild climate and pure air. Due to this, the pensions Lazarevskoye has always been distinguished for its healing abilities.

"Standard" with a balcony (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors), total area with balcony and a/27 m2-28 m2. In number a double (1.6 x 2.0 m) or two double (0.8 x 2.0 m) beds, orthopedic mattresses, chair bed (extra bed), wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, two bedside tables, split system, refrigerator, TV, Shoe Cabinet with hanger. In there is a toilet, sink, shower or tub. Accommodation for one to three people, third person is extra.
Standard plus balcony (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors), total area with balcony and 35 m2. In number a double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m) or twin beds (0.8 x 2.0 m), wardrobe, two bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, split system, refrigerator, TV, Shoe Cabinet with coat rack, sofa bed with flat seat for sleeping may be used as one main place and one additional. In there is a toilet, sink, shower. Note – on the first floor, four standard rooms plus balcony and four single beds (08 x 2.0 m). Occupancy – 3 people on the main places, one person on extra bed.
"Studio – economy" without balcony (5th floor). The total area with a/у31-34 m2. The room has one double bed (1.6 x 2m) and one single bed (1.6 x 2m), wardrobe, two bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, split system, refrigerator, TV, C/a toilet, sink, shower. Max 3 pax).
"Studio-plus" with No balcony (5th floor), total area with C/a 50-55 m2. The room has one double or two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, two bedside tables, dining table with chairs, split system, refrigerator, TV, Shoe Cabinet with coat rack, sofa with one primary location and one additional location. "Studio Suite" one Bedroom without balcony (5th floor), total area with 70 m2, two rooms adjoining. The room is spacious, but how the maids work is also unclear. The bedding was not changed for 6 nights, when I asked when they would finally change it, they said that every three days and it cannot be that they had not changed it in our room. There are no clothes dryers, you have to dry wet things on chairs, from where they fall at best onto the floor of the balcony, at worst onto the lawn. Really, with the cost of a room per day from 12 thousand, the administration cannot fork out for a dryer for a thousand? What kind of greed? Bathrobes and slippers are also not allowed, and this is in 4 stars? Brushes, air freshener, tea set - also not. There are not enough clothes hangers. In the shower mold, in the split (and this is centralized cooling, it is impossible to set the temperature, there is always not enough coolness) dust and cobwebs.
The staff is generally unfriendly, only some deign to say hello, in the mass everyone, even the animators, pass by, turning away. Where is the corporate culture?
In general, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, but, on the contrary, I will dissuade. This is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. Sorry for the money spent, sorry for the murdered vacation.
