The food in the camp is not very tasty and sometimes not fully cooked, what else can I say, some people got hair, plastic things in their food, one person got a cockroach in mashed potatoes 🪳, and a cockroach.
There is nothing to say about the events, in general they are not for everyone.
Some places are from the times of the USSR, well, decorate them well or just remove them, but no, you need to leave them in a broken state.
The room is generally okay to live in, the beds are comfortable and soft.
Shower (toilet) - well, there’s nothing to say about this room either, normal and comfortable 👍.
Cleaners or whoever else can sometimes rearrange things, but this is basically bad...
I want to write about phones - well, at the moment, while the shift is not open, phones are issued after breakfast and so on until 21:30, well, this is normal 👌, but before they were given out for a quiet hour, that’s 1 hour, and before lights out 21:30 and until 22:00
The counselors are normal, you can talk to them, they will always help and will (sometimes) come to help.
First aid station 🏥 - they give pills and treat the only thing that is normal in this Camp, I myself was lying in a box (isolator), everything is possible to live luxuriously.
Assembly hall for 80+ people, I don’t know exactly, the scene is normal.

I have two children who are completely different in temperament and character, and based on their stories I am writing a review.
1. Nutrition. Almost every day the children complained that they were hungry. If one child said that he asked for more, she was given soup (water and potatoes), then the other child was not even given this. Dear children, children need to increase their caloric intake almost all day long.
2. Sockets. Just count 4 sockets for 20 people. Everyone needs to charge their phone. If a child puts the phone on charge, there is someone who will yank it out and put theirs on. Someone actually took our block away.
3. Shower. It's a total disaster here. If the elders washed themselves, the pressure of cold water would disappear and they would have to wait for a very long time.
4. As for the cultural and leisure event, there are no complaints or questions; the children really enjoyed it. True, they said that they were tired of this and sometimes they wanted to be lazy, not go anywhere, do nothing.
5. There is no alternative. In the evening I had to go to a disco, one child liked it, the other suffered (he says he had to stand in a dark room, listen to screaming music)
6. The sad thing was that we watched films, but never watched them to the end. It is not permissible to interrupt the movie on a tragic note (the film “My Friend Mr. Percival” the child was in tears, I had to watch the film myself to retell the ending), but the film is good and instructive.
7. My daughter was glad that there was a library. You could read in the lobby (be exempt from sports discipline)

In the evening I was talking to the child on the phone, and I heard a wild scream, I was sitting in the kitchen, I was scared, it was as if they were shouting in my ear, this is how the counselor “carefully” put the children to bed. That evening I didn’t even say goodbye to the child; I immediately turned off the phone. And the children complained that the counselors were yelling, but not all of them, of course. Dear ones, if you can’t work calmly with children, don’t go into this profession.

The counselors were woken up by the children, reacted very aggressively to requests, did not maintain contact with the children, were prejudiced, swore and were not shy about anything, made threats. The counselors did not like...
The food had no taste, there was hair in the plates!
I rested in this camp 3 times, other shifts went much better)
I didn’t rest at all.

There are no clubs or activities, children are left to their own devices. My daughter called from the camp and said that they were sitting in the ward and didn’t even go for walks. The counselors yell at the children and insult them. Horror, not a camp, not even worth going for free.
