We rested with my mother on New Year's holidays, this is what you need! Cozy room overlooking the forest. Very pleased with the service provided. Mom liked the SPA zone and physiotherapy, she said that the body was able to relax and in general we had a good time.
Pros: clean and comfortable rooms, outdoor recreation, a wide range of procedures, food.
Cons: None found.
Special thanks to the manager Maria, she is very friendly, she told me everything in detail and advised on tour options.

If you have a choice, avoid this place. The director is mad, she always takes the side of the staff. The staff is wild, starting with the receptionist. They yell, they pull. They came without a hat, so she flew into the shower with a video filming ... Pool water is cold, especially in summer. It does not seem to be for swimming, but for the sauna which is in the same room. And to swim with children, only for winter swimming. Chlorine is poured from the heart, but honey (adults) do not need help, children (need). The territory is pleasant, well-groomed, but the staff needs to be changed ALL. In the meantime, be prepared for rudeness and humiliation.

Spa treatments: swimming pools, saunas, everything is fine. The room is good (big bed, shower). Special thanks to the massage therapist! The territory of the hotel is small, but very beautiful, it is not for nothing that the sanatorium is called "Birch Grove", there are really a lot of birches. A day was not enough, I had to go for a week!

Now we are in this sanatorium. In general, very good. Good massage therapists and doctors. The assessment was lowered for the heating was not connected immediately. It was necessary to approach the administrator several times.
