It can be seen that the staff is motivated to be courteous and help the guests as much as possible.

I want to share my impressions about our vacation at @sanatorysotnik
We rested there for 5 days in a deluxe room in a sanatorium (there is also a hotel)
The most pleasant plus for me is food, 3 meals a day, quite decent. Why, there are very cheap products, such as pasta and Ketchup, which can be seen immediately. And on the first day we were pleased with homemade chicken noodles and this dish was on top.
In general, the territory is very well-groomed, the rooms are modernly renovated, but there is already damaged furniture, stains on the walls and other little things that do not affect life, but create an impression. Again, if this is not corrected immediately, then in the future there will be more and more of these minuses. In this sanatorium you can come for treatment for an additional payment, or you can just come to relax. But since there is not so much entertainment, we even had five days behind our backs. We have not been treated.
Sauna and heated pool is a huge plus of Sotnik. Dive steamed out of the bath into a warm pool - very nice. Imagine how it is in winter. Yes, we played tennis (we took rackets with us) and badminton, we also took board games and felt-tip pens, because we need to entertain ourselves. In general, after 5 days we went rested, but joyful back home.
When going here, you should understand that there is a chance to meet grumbling, healing grandmothers who will be unhappy with jumping children or seating at tables at lunchtime. But among them there are lovely women who serve children with a ball in the pool and do not melt from splashes of water.
We also had a little story from which there was a sediment. We moved in on a Saturday and there was no special introductory check-in. At the restaurant, we were told to sit wherever we wanted in empty seats. And on Monday afternoon, a certain lady came out of vacation, who yelled at us that we sat in the wrong place and should sit in the same place. In general, my husband was hooked that we owe nothing to anyone. And at the next meal, "our" seats were taken and the lady told us, "sit down wherever you want." The mood is spoiled and the sediment remains.
Once upon a time, a man decided to build a pleasant place of rest in our hot region, But this place is getting old, and it needs to be maintained in good condition. And the village staff can't handle emotions. Therefore, on the facade of the hotel there are 4 stars, but in fact 2 ...
If you ask me if I will come here again, Yes, I will. Because I like to relax in such quiet calm places. But next time, I'll just snap back if they say stupid things to me. 90% of the staff are polite and pleasant people who appreciate their work. I really hope that next time I will simply not encounter such a mood and get only positive emotions.

I was on a business trip from 21.06 to 25.06.2021, what I want to say is that for living at the expense of the organization of norms, in order to travel for my own money, of course not. Of the pluses there are good breakfasts, daily housekeeping and the opportunity to sit with a cup of coffee in the covered veranda (arbor, just a bench), a good hair dryer, a workplace (table and chair) in the room, and friendly staff at the entrance. Of the minuses: lack of hot water in the mornings and evenings, interruptions in Wi-Fi, and who has a beeline connection, it is impossible to distribute it to a laptop, because it is also difficult there, as a result, it is not possible to work, the absence of a kettle and a refrigerator in the room (we have there was a single standard), and coolers are not on every floor, and if you live on the third floor and want to have a cup of tea, go downstairs for hot water. There is no night light in the room, only ordinary light, if you want to read before going to bed, a flashlight will help you. In addition, the TV showed very poorly in my room, which indicates that the owners of the hotel care little about the comfort of accommodating guests, this is also evidenced by the fact that one day a graduation was held in the dining room, we really hoped that by 23:00 the event will end, but it wasn’t there .... This action continued until late at night, and as far as I understood there was no sound insulation, from the word at all, in the end we came to work, as if we had been beaten with sticks. The management of the sanatorium apparently cannot decide what kind of services it wants to provide, entertainment or sanatorium, providing its guests with proper conditions for treatment and recreation. I don’t talk about such trifles as holes in the curtains and sockets that don’t fit snugly on the wall, because they don’t interfere with life.

The living rooms are small. Crowded. There are a few more, but there are fewer of them). The bathroom is large, comfortable, shower, sink, toilet. Everything is clean and tidy.
The territory is large, beautiful, there is where to walk. Observation tower, playground, sports ground, pond.

Accommodation with treatment and meals in the "Lux" room on the 3rd floor in August 2020. The room is new, clean. Cleaning, change of towels, hygiene items every day, toothbrush and paste, slippers upon arrival. Change of bed linen every other day. Bathrobes and towels are given separately for treatment. Excellent treatment, sincere medical staff, sympathetic administrators and maids. The food is decent in the restaurant, but not quite sanatorium) Near the river Buzuluk, clean, you can swim, but the water was already cool. You can sit with a fishing rod, small rudd, perch, gudgeon, zaban, goby are caught. Lots of turtles. A 15-minute drive away from Filonovskaya station is a chic pine forest (turn p / l Zolotoy Kolos). Unfortunately, there is no animation in the resort. entertained themselves)
