Everything is great here. I liked everything: from the way they greeted you to the way they saw you off. When even the security guards smile sweetly and invite you to visit the hotel again, this speaks of a good corporate culture and ethics, of a good attitude towards the guests of the complex. Delicious breakfasts. The food in the restaurant is also very tasty. The downside, of course, is that there is no choice between "3 meals a day" and "breakfast and then a restaurant". Overall, I was pleased with the 3-day vacation even though there were a lot of people there. P.S. the hotel followed the precautions against covid well

A good hotel and beautiful grounds. Lots of trees and greenery, well-thought-out paths, transfer from the parking lot to the hotel by electric car. It's a great place to relax from the hustle and bustle. There are separate cottages and chalets, a large lake, a wood-fired sauna, a SPA center with a swimming pool and sauna. Excellent service and friendly staff. The restaurant serves delicious food, but the prices are above average. We had a wonderful family vacation.

The hotel is located in the middle of the pine tree forest.
The rooms are clean and nice. One bonus is that they thought about power outlets in convenient places. The bathroom facilities show signs of aging but nothing critical.
The breakfast was good, the selection is somewhat limited but the quality of food was very good, so no problems there.

Only positive reviews about this place. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Of course, the TV did not show, but these are trifles, in general they need to be removed, it only interferes. The beauty that is not transmitted around can not leave anyone indifferent. It is especially beautiful in autumn. Forest, river, clean air. In this place, you find peace of mind. And you can fully enjoy your vacation;)

A good place for a relaxing, family vacation. Located in a pine forest, there is a lake for anglers and a river not far away. Bicycles, scooters, gyro scooters, ATVs for rent. The outdoor pool is open during summer. Children's room, playground, there are animators. The spa is not bad, but the prices are overpriced. The Eger restaurant has a small selection of dishes, the prices do not correspond to the quality of their preparation. You can also take set lunches and dinners on the 3rd floor in the restaurant, but have never used it. We ate at the Jaeger, because we wanted to sit on the summer terrace. It can be difficult for mothers with strollers, ramps are not everywhere, there is no elevator, many left strollers downstairs near the stairs, a restaurant with breakfasts on the 3rd floor, it will be cramped with a stroller. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleaning in the rooms is not very good, towels are not changed (for 5 days) soap asked to be brought. There are no shops and restaurants nearby, it is better to take the essentials with you, or you have to go to the nearest rural store. Nature and air are of course their greatest trump card !!!!

We rested in Shishkin in August 2017 for 4 days. Of course, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at all levels of service and in all services. A friendly, pleasant atmosphere already meets you at the entrance, a special thanks to the restaurant staff - the restaurant director and administrator Lena always hear the client and go to meet him. And of course, the kitchen is beyond praise, not cheap, but it's worth it. I would also like to note the SPA, real professionals work! And most importantly, the masseurs do not talk, you really relax. I have something to compare with, and I want to note that Shishkin is a cut above the service and cuisine of other suburban complexes, despite its remoteness from Kiev. And I almost forgot - they love children here! Various master classes, excellent animators. The pool was not visited, it was cool. Therefore, I will not comment. Great place for families with children, friendly staff, good restaurant. There is, of course, a light domestic raspizdiai flair, but on the whole, everything is fine.
