Obolon' Hotel

My husband and I were looking for a base for a holiday with a child (7 years old) on the seashore on the Budak Spit, we called a lot, everything was busy for the dates we needed, at Obolon we were first offered a room in the building, but we didn’t want to even during our conversation with the administrator , one of the clients made a reservation, almost on the dates we needed (2 days earlier than needed), MIRACLE LUCKY, and we immediately agreed. They didn’t ask for an advance payment, which surprised me, because they demanded it everywhere ... From the photo we saw that it was an ordinary neat house (not renovated) with amenities with access to the water, 1 line, but we still drove and worried, because they didn’t give prepayment and that the conditions and the sea were comfortable.... But when we arrived, we were VERY, VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED...
The administrator Anna, very pleasant and polite, responsive, responded to all requests instantly, the attendants (Tatiana) are calm and polite, friendly. The grounds are constantly being cleaned. The house is cleaned, neat, it comes as a double with extra. place, but the three of us were comfortable and not crowded. The house has amenities, a refrigerator (small, with a small freezer, but we had enough for food (we brought quite a few with us), a kettle, air conditioning (we don’t use it, because it’s not hot in the house), a normal double bed and a folding bed on slats with a mattress (daughter was comfortable and comfortable), wicker furniture (armchairs, table). Near the house there is a covered area (terrace) with 2 sun loungers, a table and chairs, and most importantly 5 meters and water ... The sea is clean, without algae and jellyfish ...
There are no discos nearby, shops and markets are a 10-minute walk from the base.
Now we are resting here, EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL ...
They told and showed their friends, so now everyone seems to want to come, but now we will only come here ...

All my life we ​​rested in the Crimea (South Coast, Western Crimea), after its closure, we rested at various resorts of the Black Sea in Ukraine, but it was here on the Budak Spit for the first time and now we will only go here ... We and our daughter are 100% satisfied %
Nearby there are bases, beautiful, renovated, expensive, but closer to the water and few people, only Obolon, price-quality superrrr!

I liked the rest very much. Quiet, calm, clear sea. The administration and staff are very polite and not intrusive. Yes, I didn’t see a hotel with a pool and everything related, but the houses have air conditioning, a bathroom, hot water and a refrigerator. The house is spacious and comfortable, for those who go for a relaxing holiday and the sea, I advise!

For the money, an excellent hotel (they were not directly on the 1st line, but in a 5-story building)
The room is spacious, there is a shower, a toilet, a working TV, a refrigerator, a soft double bed, a set of clean towels
Excellent administration, quickly settled and pleasant to communicate.
Of the minuses, they rarely fell on hot water, rather on summer)
The sea is nearby (2 minutes walk), clean beach, great view from the window, close to shops, there is a large gazebo for the company and an excellent dining room on site (a large selection of food every time)
