I wrote about the lack of a chef and, in general, some kind of order in the kitchen. It seems that they deliberately spoil the products in order to cook tasteless. And complete disorganization, if they manage to make a queue for empty plates, then this is clearly something wrong. A good hotel can be spoiled by a disgusting restaurant. Well, immediately a video that the owners do not rest here. Well, one remark from the reception - decide, nevertheless, whose parking is in front of the old building, if yours, then know the rates, and if not, then do not invent demands to remove the car

Here, of course, I put the rating with a big stretch, since there has never been such a hotel in Ukraine, but of course there are many nuances that need to be corrected
Great hotel for families, a lot of activities for children, in addition to the water park. The food is tolerable, the breakfasts are varied (but do something about the queues, it's very annoying). The staff is on top, even fulfills non-standard requests, but some educational work needs to be done with the cleaners in the toilets, about the too long language. It is clear that the kitchen is designed to serve a large number of guests, but still a good chef is needed and a change in the recipes of some dishes, because most of the menu is simply not tasty. But in any case, there is no analogue of a family hotel in Ukraine yet.
Separately, I want to note the quality of wifi on the territory and smart TV in the rooms. Wifi is especially relevant, since Vodafone, with good coverage, does not provide an acceptable Internet speed and simply ignores complaints
