An excellent base for those who need close to the sea and not expensive.

Pros - not high prices, the sea is right from the air-conditioned room (13, 14, 15 for sure, but there is a separate staircase and then go to the bathroom) good owners, they will always prompt, help. Near the market, Tavria B, the beach is clean, wide, but not so far to go to the water and everyone has a place. Also, all entertainment establishments are relatively close, movies were shown nearby in the evenings. Directly from the room you can meet the dawn, you can see the sun, you slept during the day and in the morning with the door open and were satiated with the sea.
There are also disadvantages. The base itself is so that only to spend the night, the toilet and shower are shared, we were far away, but they always clean there, sometimes we have to wait for the water, because it is cold or turn off for a couple of hours, but the "price - comfort" corresponds. If you need comfort and convenience - the wrong address. Thank you for the rest, I recommend it to everyone who has the pros and cons)

My rating is 2ku. Facade repairs cannot be done for 4 years for sure (I come for 4 years, and I still wait for something to change). Passing by, some of the company are sitting downstairs on the sand (maybe it's cool, but not for me for sure), where the dogs run and the area is not well-groomed. Everyone's clothes hang by the door. Toilet and shower are paid, you need to run to it and pay. Toilet 5 UAH, shower 10 UAH. I don't know how they rest there. But everyone has their own opinion, and everyone chooses his own. And I write, only what I see from the outside.
