Kukes County
Description
Kukës County is one of the 12 counties of Albania. The population at the 2011 census was 85,292, in an area of 2374 km². Its capital is the city Kukës.
Geography
To the east, Kukës borders Kosovo, while in the extreme northwest it borders Montenegro. Domestically, it borders the following counties:
- Dibër: south
- Lezhë: southwest
- Shkodër: west
