Ive stayed here every time Ive done the big drive from Sydney to Brisbane for 15 years. And it has changed hands and names a few times.
Every visit is awesome.
On this occasion I was given room 1- its huuuge! Thank you so much, my son loved having the extra space to play his games. We loved the music sound system around the pool! It really made the swim more enjoyable. Unlike most pools that feel like a puddle to survive in, this felt like a homely oasis. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very affordable for a weary traveller. Basic meals but well priced. Its such a beautiful restaurant, why was no one else there? I think the new owners need to market it more- its so lovely. We felt very spoilt.
There are pet friendly rooms- which I have used in the past when travelling with the whole family (including the dog) and it even had a spa in the room which is the best spa room ever! It didnt seem like other pets had been in it.
I honestly wouldnt stay anywhere else. Its right next door to the main attraction. It has everything you want and its super cheap. Rooms are soooo comfy and clean- the beds are absoluteky lush! I will continue booking this venue every time. But I must say, the new owners are extra awesome.
Only suggestion- pool towels please.
Yes its right next to the highway- but the rooms are insulated and I cant hear the traffic once I close the door. WiFi is excellent.

Poor communication from reception upon arrival. Shower had no hot water, bed was absolutely terrible and sunk in the middle and the power cut out around 5am in the morning. Would not recommend this hotel sorry.

Room was adequate but very expensive for what you get. Property was clean no staff on duty. Restaurant and bar not attended.

Room is clean and beds are comfortable. However, the family room we stayed has bath room's wall tower rack fallen, no exhaust fan. Smart TV hasn't set up yet. We set it up.

Amasing few days stay here in a cute little Spa room, upstairs. The location was alright, I would imagine it gets pretty busy on the highway, with alot of noise. But we didn't notice. Maybe we were tired and enjoyed the relaxing spa and comfy bed.
The service was great, initially we did not have cutlery. I went to the front desk& they sorted it and anything else we needed straight away.
It is right next to the Big 🍌 Banana, which is ideal if you include that on your itinerary. Nice lil B.B.Q area outside. Pool could so with a huge make over to make it more inviting.
The staff were really smiley and friendly. Everything in Coffs is just down the road, some lovely restaurants, massive shopping center. The harbour area is lovely. The prices were pretty reasonable for a spa room. Been driving for hours and it was the perfect stop, on the spot booking. Saw it online and called. Got a room straight away. Five stars ☆☆☆☆☆ pics are in my other phone.

Location was very convenient, being right off the highway. Next door was the Big Banana touristic spot which made the stop at the motel more interesting.

Parking was ample and made check in easier. Staff at reception was friendly.

Pool itself was clean, however, the area around it needed some cleaning up. Leaves and the pool chairs were covered in dirt which then made my personal towels dirty.

Room cleanliness could be better. My feet were black and covered in dust after entering. Beds were reasonably comfortable and the room were comfortably roomy.

For the price, it was OK.

A good place to have fun. Please be aware of the combo package that is being offered at the ticket window. They might surprise you with their recommendation. Ice skating and Toboggan are real value for money.

Its a good place for kids. Mostly a water park with few other games. The product from banana are delicious to eat and the gifts and souvenir with banana theme are great to buy as memory and gifts. The adults may not find it interesting beside watching their kids enjoying with fun games?.

We stopped by quickly to see the famous Big Banana. I really like the fact that it’s effectively free entry and you can just pay for what you want. We visited the candy shop and had our photo with the Banana. Would be a great day out for families with young kids. Ours at 3 is a little to small to take advantage of all the attractions.

Everything is spaced apart so we just drove to each activity as it's on the side of a hill. It costs for each activity but you can get a bundle to save a bit of money but it does add up quick.

Water area is best value however no pool it's just slides. Good for kids and adults and well worth it.

The giant slide is a real workout to get up the top and the slide goes for about 5 seconds. I don't think it's really worth the price.

Other activities like Lazer tag is quiet where it's a group kind of thing. But I suppose just ask how busy the session is going to be before buying ticket.
