Overall a good experience - great location, comfortable beds. The only down side was the hot water ran out after 2 people showered and it was a cold night.

Check-in and -out without any hassle. The location is convenient for driving in, but there is also a bit of noise because of the close proximity to the road. Rooms are clean but feel a bit like a cave, only having a window into the carpark and the other one is in the bathroom, so not providing much light to the room itself. Really convenient and clean stopover stay, but not special.

This hotel in Warrnambool doesn't have any special features, it feels like a motel, it's average, not very recommended. If you go to Warrnambool to soak in the hot springs, you can stay directly in the hot spring hotel, the price will not be much different.

Rooms definitely need a little bit of love .. filthy air vent in bathroom… Playground area too close to my room….

There is a parking space at the door of the room. There are many shops nearby so you don’t have to worry about going hungry in the middle of the night. The transportation is very convenient. There is also a swimming pool inside.

Had a girls night with my 10 year old daughter, in the King Spa suite. Excellent facilities, and an extremely comfortable bed. Very happy with our stay. Great customer service on booking in and out. 10/10

It's just so-so, a normal motel, but there are flying insects. It's a bit expensive at over NT$2,000 per night.

Never booked in though I paid for room. I went straight home instead. Great communication from the motel who emailed me sign in code but I never used it.

Friendly staff, Comfortable bed Space well used with enough room to move. Older but well kept rooms. Parking tight, Stairs to most rooms a challenge with luggage.

If you come with your family mahogany motel the best option for your family, its affordable motel, clean, not far from CBD, friendly staff, big space room and has kitchen inside. I will come back if visit warrnambool again.

Convenient and had exactly all we needed for a short stay for the folk festival down the road in port fairy

The lights in the bathroom, kitchen and main bedroom did not work. Housekeeping was good, rooms cleaned everyday.

It was the best stay we'd had on our entire trip and it was a really welcome surprise how good it was. So clean and easy to access. Would recommended highly. Perfect for a family stay.

Rooms were spacious. Heating wasn't the best, however it was cold the weekend we stayed. Ideal if you have teenage kids and want separate rooms.

The Motel is located at the main road, a bit far away from the point of interest. You need to drive a bit.

Didn’t like that you have to clean your own room before leaving or u are charged extra, over priced, and had family room but only provided items for 2 people eg, shampoo biscuits ect, unhappy customer.

Cabin was clean, comfortable with everything we needed for a 2 night stay, nice and quiet. Just across the road from woolies. Walk able to any number of places to eat. Check in super quick, all up very good place to stay.

This park is in a quiet area,park was very neat, cabin was clean and the kitchen was well equipped . Only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the low seating (lounge). Enjoyed!

We were really thrilled to have stayed at the Warrnambool Holiday Village. While the park is predominantly new and very well appointed cabins, it has room for around 9 or so vans.
