Comfortable, friendly, very well located, fast reliable free WiFi, excellent breakfast. Spacious and very clean rooms. I only regretted the old TV set and the fact that parking costs €14.

Shower didn't work, rooms were hot and stuffy and dated and staff were incredibly rude - when we told them of the broken shower no apology was offered. Avoid if you can

Liked the sauna, which was done relatively recently. She works until 11 PM. Very cool that you can go to the balcony to cool off after the sauna.
The breakfasts are very good, there is cheese, and dried pineapple, and bacon in abundance, even some types of nuts.
Unfortunately, in the rooms and on respsone no cooler with boiling water, which often can be necessary. He is in the break room (which is up to 11) or ask at the restaurant.

Not on the cheap side but if you want to treat yourself to a beautiful hotel in the centre of Eisenstadt this is a great choice. They have a garage but parking costs 14Eur per night. We arrived late on Saturday evening and didn't have a problem finding a parking spot on the street (free on weekends) The hotel has lovely spa facilities with fancy showers, a sauna and a large relaxation area. The room had a bathtub and a shower as well as a hairdryer, safe - and as we found out when leaving - also a mini bar. There is no pool or hot tub but a public swimming pool seems to be right accross the street. You can get breakfast included with the room, but we didn't as we had other breakfast plans in the area. Checkout was at 11:30.
