Roof terrace and we’ll ess area are great after a days hiking and you don’t have far to go to restaurants or the bus station.

I'm torn about this property. While the property is nice, roomy, etc., the Internet was not working. No advance notice or apology or credit was offered. Additionally, I was charged 5 euros per person per night for booking through booking.com (or any reservations website) which is something that booking.com prohibits yet they charge anyway. I personally do not like how this was done but if you're okay...

"The mad architect" also worked for this hotel and installed a transparent glass door for the bathroom including toilet. Not the best idea, in particular for a family room. Apart from this, the room was modern and more than correct, but this "handicap" costs them two stars in my rating. The staff was very nice and helpful and the food pretty good (breakfast and dinner)

We were lucky to find a room here as walk-ins on our road trip across Austria. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We paid for the "half board" option and got an amazing dinner. And the breakfast in the morning was one of the best of any hotel we visited.

Had a great stay here .! Travelled from Scotland and could not have been more welcome. Excellent rooms and restaurant served fabulous food come breakfast or evening , Staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Motorcycle guide was on hand and again looked after us with routes and advice .. Definitely recommend and will no doubt be back next year .

This was my second stay at Hotel Enzian. The rooms are clean and quite. The location is great for skiing multiple areas. The breakfast and dinner provided are awesome because the food is good and there is no searching for restaurants, reservations etc. The only improvement I would like to see is a guest laundry for washing and drying clothes.

Beautiful hotel with stunning mountain views. We didn’t stay in any of the rooms but had lunch in the restaurant at a family gathering. They had a generous salad buffet, great tasting beer and great schnitzel. The fries were crunchy and the schnitzel large but the lingonberry jam didn’t really add anything. Apparently the ravioli was good! Staff was super helpful and nice, food came quickly!

This is the best hotel in Landeck (& I’ve stayed in a few). The setting is perfect, tucked peacefully away just up from the town, with spectacular views. My husband and I stayed at this hotel this place while on a cycle tour across Europe. The hotel is perfect for cyclists as it had lockable storage. It even had sockets to charge your batteries. We have stayed here twice now, and had wonderful experiences both times. The creche wasn't brilliant for our 2 year old but the 4 an 5 year olds loved the kids club. There is a ski hire shop within the hotel and a lift takes you straight from the boot room/shop up to the slopes. It is a bit of a trek to get across to Bertas Kinderland but worth it! It doesn't get any better than this. It's a combination of a wonderful stay, a very friendly hostess (thanks, Nadia), and a perfect location! If I had to offer any tips, it would be to change the towels a little more often than once a week and to provide a dishwashing brush and dish soap.

The apartments were quite spacious and clean. The furnishings were adequate, though not ideal. The ski storage room and the location near the mountains were definite pluses. On the downside, I must mention that we used a scrub in the steam room, for which there was no indication of a prohibition. We were subsequently charged €75 for the additional cleaning. Considering the price of over €100 per person...

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and a good location. Just a few meters away is a lift that takes you up into the mountains. If you get a good room, you'll also have a fantastic view of the mountains opposite. There's also the option of having fresh bread rolls delivered in the morning, which is very convenient.

Very nice, well managed, modern, clean, civilized hotel, with wellness and swimming pool. Undergrond car parking facility and lift. Located only 250 meters away from the well equiped ski locker facilities and ski lifts. We did however sleep with all the available windows open, because the hotel is quite lavishly kept heated up during the night.

We had a great time at hotel lenz, the location is great and just 5 meters next to the cable car station. The hotel personnels are friendly and kind, the food is value for the money and delicious. Ski back, Roll out Such a luxury to ski literally to the door AND roll into the lift every morning- I don’t think you could get a better placed hotel- really removes a lot of kerfaffle particularly with children. You can feel a special care everywhere...Next to the main lift. An open pool and hot tube area just in front of the ski slope we take to get directly to the hotel. Live music on Saturday night. Reach breakfast, lunch after skiing and 5 course dinner in Austrian style. The best out of best.

We had a stay of 5 nights with together with our dog. We felt very welcome and the personel were very helpfull. We had our own table to eat our meals at which was nice because of the dog. The food was excellent.

I booked a short stay there for a few days of skiing before Christmas. There are absolutely no complaints. I have stayed at Hotel Regina twice, in 2016 and 2023 for a total of 13 nights. Both times on my self-guided motorcycle tour in the Alps. They have indoor motorcycle parking. My wife and I returned yesterday from a wonderful week in Serfaus at Hotel DreiSonnen. Everything was excellent , the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious.
