The best hotel in the city. Staff and management are very friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy. Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. Family friendly in convenient location.

It was a very noisy hotel. There is a restaurant under the hotel. It is impossible to sleep until 12 at night on the day of the wedding. The hot water in the room comes very late. You have to keep the water on for 10-15 minutes to get it hot. The breakfast was very weak and of poor quality. They serve pancakes from yesterday.

The hotel shares a building with a banquet hall. The double rooms have beds right next to the door, like a hostel, and the soundproofing is poor. The bedding was very old, worn, torn, and dirty, with blood stains. We asked to change rooms, and it got even worse—the bed had two holes in it. It's a shame they forgot to take everything down. The bathroom didn't have the toiletries you see in the photos; it smelled and was moldy. This is a men's hotel, not for couples or families. The Wi-Fi is terrible. It's not a four-star hotel, just a solid three.

The hotel is on the fifth floor of the building, and the restaurant is also located there, so don't expect peace and quiet. On our first night there, someone's birthday party was going on until 1:00 AM. There was a huge crowd, music, dancing, singing... in short, we didn't get a good night's sleep.
The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast was okay, but the tea wasn't tasty.

The Wi-Fi is terrible and completely disappears in the evenings.
The towel is full of holes and yellow stains.
There was no toilet paper either (they brought it after we asked).
At the end, there was a complete misunderstanding and we were evicted. We had to spend our last day in a colleague's room, fortunately that day was our last.
When asked why the manager is doing this in the cafe, go talk to him... This is where the quality of service comes in.
The rooms stink if the bathroom door is open...keep it closed.
The only plus is the breakfast.
I wouldn't recommend it...only for a day, and then only if you don't have a room elsewhere. Here you can wait out the rain, wind, tsunami, and then immediately run away.

I stayed 3 weeks in this hotel with colleagues while on a business trip in August 23rd. The hotel deserves its 4 stars with some reservations, for example, the first is the price, although the company we work for paid for us, the second is the restrooms in the rooms that need updating, in my opinion, because of the inconvenience - after taking a shower, expect a puddle to form in your room under your feet.
Since we remained for a long time one of the important topics for us was breakfast, it was a little monotonous, but in general I liked the oatmeal and all sorts of other cereals that were offered in the morning, they turned out delicious, and honey (I hope it was real), but there were among colleagues and those who were not particularly satisfied with the morning cuisine

The location was convenient and in a place with wide streets. It was a beautiful, spacious, refreshing hotel. The staff was polite and respectful.
Since we went with a group of 50-60 people, I would like to point out the differences between the rooms. In one room there was a toothbrush and toothpaste, in the other there was no, in one there was a pen, in the other, no, I saw in the pictures there were matches, and there was no such thing in the rooms. There is no seating in the waiting hall on the first floor. You have to stay on your feet until you order the car and wait for it to arrive. But in general everything is good.

Nice clean hotel, the only problem is a puddle in the bathrooms.
