Often we go with my husband to the pool FOK Tikhinichi. Prices are reasonable, 4.00 rubles. per person for 1 hour in water. There is no reference to the time, to the sessions, you can come at any time. There is a reduced rate. I like it very much, the staff is very friendly. Delicious donuts in the cafeteria

The impressions were good. The prices are adequate. 8 rubles is a family ticket which includes 4 people: mom, dad and two children who are no more than 12 years old. If the child is over 12 years old, then he needs to buy a separate ticket for 4 rubles. All this I said about the pool, as I did not use other services of this hotel. The hotel has not been renovated since its construction (as a result of this there are drawbacks, the rooms are "tired"). On the plus side, it is possible to note the location in a complex with the hotel of a spa area with a pool and a sauna.
P.s The only alternative is to rent a room from local residents or go to Rogachev (20 km)
