Take it from an American/Russian. This is the best hotel in all of Belarus. All staff wore masks and followed coronavirus mask policy as well as keeping the hotel clean and safe. From all the hotels in Belarus this was the only one that followed Safety protocols In a well fashion Manor. Staff were very polite and helped with any questions I had to the best of their ability.
