I liked this place, if you just need to relax, spend the night... this is what you are looking for. The atmosphere is almost homely: slippers, a shared kitchen, a refrigerator, a few neighbors ... If necessary, you can ask for breakfast. The price-quality ratio is simply outstanding. Of the minuses (for those who like to watch TV), it pulls several standard channels.
