However, the impression of the rest was somewhat spoiled by the (!!!) owner himself. Initially, it was stated that "the whole territory" was at our disposal for the agreed fee.

- Slightly changed pre-agreed terms of payment. We agreed that the price includes 11 adults. However, it later turned out that this was not the case.
- It turned out that another couple will live with us until the evening in the house
- It turned out that the trampoline and tennis for an additional fee of 10 rubles per day. Moreover, if you paid at 6 pm, then in the morning, please, another 10 rubles, because. "it's a new day." Such a strange billing for both fishing and tennis.
- I scolded the girls (while the guys were in the bathhouse) for being dirty in the corridor and the bathroom in the downpour :) In front of the guys, I was ashamed to say
- In the downpour he said to take the dog outside. Although the presence of a dog in the house was initially agreed. The girl owner of the dog kindly offered his jacket so that she would not get wet :)
- During the rest (remember about "the whole territory is at your disposal") some work was constantly carried out - either the sunbeds were brought unloaded, or something else ...

I recommend that you discuss all the nuances of payment, accommodation and use of additional services in detail and in nuances. Preferably in writing.

Check if he will be present on the territory and observe you. Will any work be carried out on the territory. Will there be, where and how many additional guests.

Nowhere to sleep, 5 old beds in one room. It is not known who slept on the bedding before you .. A dirty toilet with a bathtub, a mess in the kitchen.
