I had unpleasant experience checking in . Receptionist named Anna just ignored that i asked about check in and while i am waiting in front of her she want to help people who were waiting behind me . I felt discrimination towards me because i come from overseas and speak English. I think need to improve customer skills in Receptionists in hotel.

The hotel is located near the Moscow Ring Road, about 20-30 minutes by car to the center. There is a water park nearby; guests have free access, which is a big plus.

I choose to stay here in this hotel and had no regrets choosing this. I got the best service with well accommodating staff, hotel room was so nice and it was so comfy beds. Superb place to have good time with femily or girl friend

A piece of paradise just outside of the busy Minsk city. Perfect for a short getaway with a family or as a couple. Gorgeous views of the lake and forest from each room. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is excellent - great variety and high quality food! Friendly staff. Really enjoyed visiting their Aqua spa. Quiet, good quality, family vacation resort. Own beach is nice, yet the water did not engourage to swim. Exellent for "get away" vacation. Muny at the hotel is minimal and quite expensive in relation to general price level. Do have some skills in russian (cyrilic letters at least), as english is not spoken at all. Room was cosy, staff was friendly. Certainly worth the price (35€/night).
