Excellent living conditions. There is all the necessary washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, separate kitchen, etc. Quiet secluded place. There is an excellent sauna. The owner is a sympathetic person who refuses nothing.

A comfortable resting place within the city! Magnificent wood-fired sauna. Brooms are offered for every taste, even from Canadian oak. Brooms are strong, old-fashioned. Near the bathhouse there is a pond with a pier. In short, chOTka!
