It u want to get some kind of "healthy vacation" - just book a normal apartment/hotel and go hiking/walking through beautiful forests and parks. Air is fresh - a lot of pines and other coniferous trees, lake nearby
But if u want to contact with typical "babushkas", go here xD Im not a huge fan though

Wonderful sanatorium with a wonderful swimming pool and a complex of baths. We come here for rest and water procedures, since in our city there is no possibility of such a rest
After the pool, you can walk around the territory of the sanatorium, breathe fresh air and admire the beautiful scenery of Lake Papernya and the surrounding forest
We have been to this resort 5 times already. A good choice of procedures, polite staff, a good selection of dishes on the menu, you can always find dishes to your liking. Good SPA complex, until 17:00 for free
Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff, pleasantly pleased with the price of the rest (I mean the water park)

In the evening we visited the sauna and swimming pool - a great place with all sorts of water massages. There is a transfer to the center of Grodno and back - they will bring you and pick you up when needed
