+ Large clean room, nice bathroom, large parking lot
- No AC in regular rooms AND no mosquito protection on windows! So, it's too hot in summer to close windows so you have to deal with mosquitos. Also, there are an old city hall right outside and its bells start to ring at 7 am (sic!) and rings every 15 minutes More than that, there was a drunk crowd on the square nearby, screaming half of the night. Long story short - I wasn't able to get any decent rest. Maybe those whose windows are on the other side were more lucky.

Overall great hotel: it's modern, rooms are spacious with additional sofa, everything is fresh new. Staff very helpful and front desk operating 24h. There's only one downside: threre are no air conditioning units in room. We stayed in early August 2018 and it was very hot.
I can say for sure that it's second best hotel after the castle which is usually unavailable unless you book early.
