- Internet was not working properly, sometimes not connecting at all or being very slow. Also absence of hot water just warm water otherwise great 
New and modern, standard rooms are quite spacious and have everything you need. Good quality bathrobes and towels. Purely. There is a pillow menu and in general the room corresponds to the description
We also visited the restaurant for dinner. Delicious Very "beef tartare", other dishes were not impressed unfortunately
Thanks for the cheesecake. Very nice (although I didn’t like the taste), but the main attention)))

The spa is included in the stay, also very decent and fresh. The number of people is average, there is enough space for everyone.
Of the minuses: the smell of sewerage in the bathroom, the door opens inwards and hides the space of the bathroom
On your birthday, you could sign a postcard. The birthday girl is nice, and it's not worth the money)
Housekeeping at 15 o'clock at least "weird", but in general not critical.
Hamam doesn't work very well, it's almost always cold there
Service is worth tightening up, a European-level hotel, but attention to guests ....
The cost of parking and breakfast is quite high - did not use / did not try
