A pretty good place to stay at. The rooms are nice and the staff are very polite. But the place does have the air of an old Soviet- style hotel, with pretty modest food and a shameful practice of having to wait ( sometimes for as long as 10 minutes) while checking out until they make sure you haven't stolen anything from the room.
