Excellent location close to the square and the Menin Gate. Lovely room, although layout a little strange with sink in the room and separate wc and shower. Shower wasn't as clean as we would have liked and leaked out into the room, so perhaps the design needs addressing. Really comfortable bed and complimentary water was appreciated. Bar closed at 10.30pm.

We went to Ypres to visit the WW1 sites and museums. This hotel was located in the city centre. The city itself is beautiful. Mostly car free, lots of cute cafes. The hotel was excellent. Great service. Spacious rooms with everything you need including a nespresso machine and lots of USB charigng facilities.

The room was very beautiful. The service was also very good. There was a timetable for buses from the train station. I used to work at ieper, so I felt it was okay. But most people would not go to such a remote place.

Receptionist was welcoming and friendly ,room was clean but looked little tired .fridge in the room was a welcome addition .amazing view of square .Was a little noisey if we left window open overnight and needed too as room was warm .Tv didn’t seem to work . Breakfast served was a good standard with plenty of choice . Location is amazing with on street parking directly outside would definitely stay...

Hotel was great location right in the square, however, i was looking for hotel o leper not just hotel o. Rooms could do with updating. Our room had a broken mirror, broken shower rail and the radiator wouldnt switch off which meant i had to have the window open all night and didnt sleep well due to noise outside. Breakfast was best thong about hotel, it was lovely!

Needs improvement, but great location A very central location. Having stayed here before, we were keen to stay again. Unfortunately, the standards have fallen significantly over the last year and there are clear maintenance issues i.e. my friend and I both had broken mirrors in our rooms. Overlooking these issues, the room was comfortable and we had a great view of the main square. And the breakfast...

Great stay Great stay, fantastic location, plenty of parking in the market square and disabled badge holders park free. Loads of places to eat and drink and a stones throw away from the Menin Bridge

Excellent hotel, if too hot. The hotel is in an excellent location in Ypres and for the price was great! My single room was large and had a bath (which was a great advantage for me as I was on a bike riding holiday and able to ease tired legs in it). The breakfast was plentiful and the staff friendly. The bike storage room was great and safe. The only downside was my room was far too hot, so I struggled...

A very good central location. On street paid parking at a reasonable price. Street parking is free between 20:00 and 9:00. The hotel reception was great and helpful. Quiet room.

We arrived parking for car was good and secure. Check in was good and easy. The room was very clean and good and we had a walkin shower as we requested. Overall i would say the staff are very good and are always there to help . Breakfast was very good and a very large choice. I would definitely stay here again

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and the ample breakfast kept us fuelled for a morning of sight-seeing. Our host was extremely welcoming, kind and very accommodating in offering travel suggestions and a late check-out.

This small family run hotel is a wonderful find in the heart of Ypres. Vincent and Ilona go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Absolutely perfect. Magda is a fantastic host, I booked a double room and then had to book another, which all worked fine with good communication with Magda. It's a fantastic location in Ypres, I was doing family history research. There is loads of free parking in the shut down supermarket, just 50m back down the road. Great rooms, lovely building, fantastic breakfast. Certainly recommend.

We had a lovely visit. Breakfast here is beautiful and the gardens plus the terrace are fantastic. The best place! We will come back to Ypres and stay here again! Perfect.

Amazing little place in Ypres. Magda could not be more accommodating. Great parking for our motor bikes in the garage and an easy 10 mins walk into town. Rooms fab and an amazing breakfast. Highly recommended.

A great B&B in a great location. Fantastic breakfast even got bacon and eggs!! Magda is a great host and more so as I had minor car issues whilst on a trip around Europe. Without the help of Magda and especially her close neighbour our trip could have been over pretty much before it started. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Three of us stayed in Magda's lovely B&B on our way to the Swiss Alps on motorbikes. Being able to park our motorbikes securely in their garage was very important to us. We had a 3 bed room which was immaculate and well equipped. The location is perfect for an easy walk into the centre and to the Menin Gate. Magda's breakfast was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back.

We stopped overnight on our way to the Swiss Alps on three motorbikes. We were able to safely store our bikes in the garage and our three bed room was large, comfortable and immaculately clean. Magda was very lovely and serves the most amazing breakfast. Location wise, it's perfect for walking into the centre and to the Menin Gate to see the nightly Last Post Ceremony. We will definitely be back.
