Left my (expensive) electrical toothbrush behind. But I get no response from them whether it is was found or not.

I arrived and was very well received! The employees are super nice and the room we got was very nice. We had a great view of central station. The beds are good. The breakfast I am speechless about is so good it was served by lovely staff. They have an elevator that is very small and exciting but that is really the only downside because when you enter your room a smile jumps on your face again 😃 Lonneke

Had an overnight stay through Social deal. Very friendly welcome by the owner? Have to laugh at the humor of this young man. The bed was fine, slept wonderfully. Unfortunately, the TV and WiFi did not work, so we make it cozy in the room ourselves. The shower is hilarious, only very hot, we couldn't get colder / normal temperature.
But despite that, we had a great time. The men behind the reception give you a warm home feeling!

Booked via social deal for € 59. After reading the latest reviews we were reluctant to stay in hotel Flox. However, it was not too bad. Reception was very friendly. The room was small and very basic but with a nice bed. The bathroom was very cramped and some damp spots on the ceiling. Clean, soft towels. The cleaning could be better. Not dirty, but a good layer of dust on, for example, the lamps. A hook or chair for hanging clothes would also have been handy.
It was a bit noisy. But a top location next to the Station. Not worth the original price of € 95. But for € 59 ok.

I would not recommend anyone to stay overnight here, it was a nightmare! I paid 59 euros for a social deal offer and would receive an overnight stay for 2 and a bottle of cava. Before that we got a room with a sewage smell that came from the bathroom that could not be removed. We heard every sound that came from the hallway (so also the other way around). Towels with poo stains from previous hotel guests still in them, a lukewarm bottle of cava (tastes differ but we didn't think it was to drink), cigarette burn holes in the bed, only 1 sheet that was between us and the never-cleaned mattress that was clearly already was at least 10 years old (I'm not exaggerating). The door couldn't lock. It's a shame that this uberhaubt is still allowed to charge people for spending the night here. We didn't sleep a wink. This NEVER AGAIN!
