I visited this place to see friends. Their opinion is that the hotel and service is very accurate. They shared their admiration. They recommended me to visit it and that's why I booked a room for the month of April.

Clean and pleasant hotel at a good price!

Great hotel, with nice owners, in a strategic location.

My guests were accommodated at the hotel and were fascinated by the manager's attitude and the value for money. Convenient location on the main boulevard and exit to Rupite area and Hercules Syntica. You have 5 * from me!

Descent hotel, kind welcome, very spacious room with nice view, pos was not working and so was the pool.

It is a wonderland, i m here again on 06.02.2021 many times in the past, it is reasonable, food is delicious, fitness on top floor is facing the mountain Belasica, pool is good size. Must visit!

Great hotel with a good location and a great restaurant! The rooms are big, the bathrooms too! The cleanliness is at a high level! The restaurant is very good and the prices are affordable! I strongly recommend it :)

If you use google maps to find the hotel, you better look for a Provence restaurant that has the right address, the navigation sent us to a neighboring street, not next to it. The hotel is very nice, clean, warm, unfortunately we were not so happy with the restaurant.

The hotel is excellent. We booked two double rooms, which were more than good, furnished with everything necessary and air-conditioned. The staff is very friendly and always available. In addition, I can say that there is a restaurant at the hotel, which has very good cuisine.

Rooms are fair Nothing special Middle size fringe in room is good.air-conditioned, heater, TV with only 5-6 channels, Small baby size blanket in the bed. Instead 1 double or king size blanket you have 2 small. Only the bed cover is huge. Breakfast with 6 versions. For coffe have to pay extra 50 cents to 1 euro. Orange juice is powdered and...

Spacious rooms, terrace, good location, polite staff.

Friendly and polite hosts. Nearby there is a grocery store, a pharmacy and all the amenities you need, I recommend it!

Very nice in center of town. Just remind that Petrich is green zone for cars during working days.

Good location, nice, polite and kind staff, ... A little more attention to hygiene will be beneficial for everyone, both for the hotel and for the customers. Downstairs after the lobby, a coffee and tea machine would be very useful. I wish health and Merry Christmas to everyone. God is love!

Large and spacious rooms. Warm and clean. Quite an adequate hotel for its price class. The only downside is the lack of an elevator and the steep stairs.

The rooms are wonderful, there is everything you need, the staff is extremely responsive. I recommend.

Had to park on the street during the day because the parking spots are used for a carwash next by. The rooms were wide and bathroom was ok with only one issue there was an insect in the bathroom. The hotel reception was helping in advising were we could eat cooked food and reserving a table but we had to walk 800m up a hill to get there, which is not cool for hungry people. Great place. Luxurious, calm, great staff, room, food. We enjoyed the wonderful views of the mountains, hot spring pool and enjoyed the nature and surroundings. Wished we had spent more days there. We will be back!

We had a lovely short stay and we hope to return for longer. The grass on our terrace was not mowed which seemed odd and the double bed was two singles pushed together with two duvets which was unusual and not expected at Relais & Chateaux. Staff in the hotel were great.

Fantastic views, food, wine and spa The resturant, wine tasting and the estate was fantastic! Great service, friendly staff and great food. Dont miss out on the wine tasting or the fine dining. The spa area and the massages were amazing. 10/10!

Hospitality, architecture, culture, food and vibe ... This is one of the best places I have ever visited. The buildings are beautiful and calming. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food is great. As person who had stayed in different chateaux arround the word including the valley of Loire in France and private mansions in Italy the Zornitza estate is one if kind in Bulgaria and stands out before any other . The relaxing atmosphere, elegance and comfort along with amazing personal service grant you one amazing experience .

It is a very nice place. But sometimes the water in the pool is too cold. The food in both restaurants is amazing.

Best place to stay in that part of the country. Good restaurant, good food, clean rooms... They have good car service with verry profesional personel. We had problems with our BMW X5 well solved by them. The alternator fixed with in 3 hours only...verry profi. Thanks to the team.

Very comfortable hotel, on the old road from Sandanski to Greece. Rooms are very nice, suitable for families with children, regardless of the name of the motel. Tasty kitchen and nice garden.

I spent one night here on my way to Albania in August 2022. I had a standard room with a balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the conditions offered and very happy that we found accommodation, not having booked in advance. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. We will stop next time on our way to Lefkada.

Two large rooms and a large living room. There was no shower and when you took a bath the water went everywhere. There was no mop to collect the water so you were in the bathroom with water all day. The air conditioners made a little noise but they smelled of cigarettes like you were in a club. I wouldn't go back.

Amazing place. Unbelievable value for money!! Very clean and hundred times more upscale than you expect for this price!

Room is clean, spacious and nice looking with big and comfortable bed. Staff was nice and friendly. Only con was one electrical outlet that is removed from the wall and looks pretty unsafe. I would recommend this to anyone either just for one night or for longer stay.

Pleasant hotel with restaurant and garden. The food is good in terms of price-quality. The rooms should be cleaned more, because there were dust on the floor and some of the furniture.

Great atmosphere. Great food. Clean and cozy. We spent Christmas Eve there. There was a festive dinner with great service. Pet allowed. There is a convenient parking space. We recommend with both hands and we will go back!

The service is impeccable. The hotel is very nice itself, but it's the people who work here (including the restaurant) who make it amazing. Food is simply amazing, congratulations to the chef who does miracles - fancy food and super tasty. We didn't get to try the spa but I am sure it's lovely too. Definitely recommend!

The hotel staff was pleasant and happy to work with, and they where able to help with any issues we had. The rooms where comfy but had a few issues like a small hole in 1 of the blanket covers, and a slow drain in the shower, but in general the room was good and the bed comfy, and the AC worked well. The breakfast was amazing

Three stars, but liked the center, you're always in the main square and you have a feast! Good restaurant.

To start with, the environment was pretty nice. The staff was surprisingly impolite. There were no lockers so we had to carry our stuff all over. We were provided with a tiny towel only. The jacuzzi was out of order (never got informed about it). The worst part though was their unwillingness to give us a receipt.

Good conference hall. Visited for a corporate event. Suitable for events of up to 50 people.

If you are looking for luxury experience definitely it's not your place, but it is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is ok as well.

I give five stars. When we arrived, we could stay in three rooms, which were kindly shown to us. The hotel staff is polite and smiling. The price was excellent, the location too. There was parking and working air conditioning. My only criticism is the cleaning in the room and specifically the floor. I know how it sounds but I personally work in a big hotel and believe me I have years of experience...

Family "apartment" hotel in the center and next to the market of Sandanski. It has everything you would need for a decent stay. It is not your place if you are looking for something modern and luscious. Entering the parking lot is an adventure and a test, but it is recommended because of the Bulgarian jealousy of the streets. It was nearby and you can take food home or just cook something

Food was great :) If you're vegetarian like me and don't mind eating some cheese you have plenty of options to choose from. Also tasty salads and in general the food quality felt pure. Ambience of the place is great and very hospitable owner.

Really nice place, close to the market and city centre,which is lively,but although quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable, all amenities were new and it was extremely clean. I noted in my booking that we want a room with a balcony,but as other guests decided to stay one more night in the room we reserved, the owner was so kind to place us in another room with kitchenette and a huge terrace...

Excellent accommodation, a surprise for us! And incredibly inexpensive - we paid 25 EUR for room / night, including secured car parking (underground). It could be the perfect stay, except the poor quality of the sound insulation between rooms; one must be incredibly tired to be able to ignore the noise from the next room 😁

Apartments are nice with new furniture, kitchenette and air conditioning. Staff is a bit unferskilled - poor understanding of English. Hopefully this will improve. Good location.
