Clean, pleasant, individual treatment, extremely kind and pleasant people. We had left the grandmother with the baby there, I just can't express how grateful we are for everything they did for us

The hotel was perfect for the price I was offered. The pool is a great addition to it. Nice location, little loud for my taste, due to my room was above the street, but the village itself gets quiet not so late at night

Nice small family hotel . Great location - 1 min from central street. Clean rooms. The only downside is parking might be tricky around.

Affordable & placed in close proximity to the centre hotel. I liked the garden, very green and cosy outside area. No parking, free parking lots on the street close to the hotel

This is a truly wonderful hotel in a truly wonderful place. The staff speaks perfect English. The rooms were beautiful (ac, wifi, pool etc.). I really loved my time at Hotel Chernomorets.

! The hotel is great and cozy, service at a level! The staff is always smiling and positive🙂🙂🙂We have been visiting it every year for 7 years and we are always fascinated! We bring the child from the age of 6 months and it is very comfortable for a family and peaceful holiday! The pool at the hotel is clean and pleasant for both children and adults!

Every day towels were changed, bins were cleaned and the room was kept level. The food in the restaurant was delicious and always on time

In the so-called Laguna Hotel Restaurant-Pub, a little while ago they explained to me that I would have to wait 20-25 minutes for a tripe soup from the lunch menu, because there were 2 groups in front of me

There is a big enough pool with shezlongs and umbrellas. Nice restaurant with reasonable prices and nice personal. The only bad thing is the Wi-Fi. It is free, but you are losing it all the time and the speed is awful

No a bad place :) The room wasn't big, but it was comfortable enough, good bathroom and a terrace with a table and two chairs. There was a TV, fridge and a climatic

Otherwise it is a really good place for the asking price

Went to look but wasn't open ,so we'll see when we go for our few days,been now location not too bad,very quite didn't go to beach as hilly , food was ok for what it was ,but no pudding unless you paid as we were HB fixed menu no choices unless you paid ,but overall restful, basic and simple, staff went out of there way to sort any problems out

Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. The pool is just right size for family vacations, not too big, with a baby pool right next to it

Highly recommend this place! Incredible warm and polite service by everyone from the staff throughout our week's stay, food was good and diverse, rooms very pretty with everything we needed and was daily cleaned neatly, the view was wonderful and atmosphere relaxing combined with a great location to visit the beach

The only thing I would mention is the shower, there is no cabin so the water sparkles all over the place. But this is such a small thing! The room is big and bright and has everything you need for few days stay

Great place for relaxation and relaxation!

We did pay a deposit and this cannot be the only time that someone's plans changed and we checked on booking and saw that other rooms were available on those nights, so we weren't taking up a spot that another person could have taken

Only reason for a 4 rather than a 5 is that when we called a couple days in advance to change our plans from 2 nights to one night, the woman on the phone said that honestly it's not ok and they prefer that we stay 2 nights

This is a family-run place and the rooms are clean and very cute with thoughtfulness in the design. The bed and the pillows are comfortable and our room had a partial sea view

Irrespective of this, when we arrived, everything was nice including the great service in the restaurant so we would still recommend the stay

She tried to make us feel guilty unnecessarily, which made us feel uncomfortable

There is pool with sun beds , if you feel like not going to the beach, which is so convenient, if you want to relax with book and a drink just 1 minute from your own bungalow

You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with a stunning view from the Panorama restaurant that is part of the Panorama bungalows. The staff is very friendly, the food is just delicious at normal prices

From the service to the delicious food there is nothing more you can ask for. The prices are moderate, but the portions are more than enough so this is a place with a great price/quality ratio

The preparation of the meals is exceptionally well-done and the products have a really good quality. The staff of the restaurant is incredibly kind and quickly responsive to the clients

In the morning you can enjoy the traditional mekitsa with white cheese or jam, for lunch you can enjoy different choices from the lunch menu or anything from the menu of the restaurant

We had to be very quet at the afternoons not to bother the other guests, we were enjoing the swimming pool with my five years old daughter when the lady from the staff started sushing on her so we had to go outside the hotel

The best place for vacation in Chernomorets

The room was clean and spacy, the woman from the staff was kind, the swimming pool looked well maintained. The cons: the water supply was not stable (water was just stopping occasionally)

Very convenient for people with families.

There was also a list with restrictions at the desk in our room which did not make us feel welcome at all. Next time I will choose another place to stay

A peaceful place to relax. Friendly hosts. The room we were in had air conditioning. 5 minutes by car to the black beach of Vronos. 15 minutes to the center. A place to really relax

The hotel is located at the end of Chernomorets, which for us was a plus, that we are far from Kachamak 😁 there was enough parking space. There was a working TV, fridge and air conditioner. The kids also liked the hotel

Nice place, the location is perfect if you go to the beach garden. Free shaded parking next to the hotel. A small, well-organized garden with 3 barbecues and a kitchenette. The rooms are brand new and clean
