Wonderfull idea with the Rome style interior designed by Vesko and created by my father, his college and me, when I was young. Poor maintenance.

We have stayed here many times and are always made to feel very welcome even where there is a language barrier. Great location and lovely big rooms. Would always stay when in dobrich.

Extremely spacious room, nice staff, good breakfast. Definitely worth staying there.

Clean and friendly although the rooms smell of stale cigarettes... Centrally located within Dobrich and ample seating within the lobby and bar areas. The pool is in a state of disrepair.

As always good food and a good waiter enjoyed my time again

Went with 3 other people cost us 160 lev and we feasted like 2 mains and 2 desserts each plus drinks. Everything was perfectly cooked the homemade ice cream and cheesecake was to die for. Easily the top 5 meals in my entire life. If I was able I would give 6 stars.

A nice place to stay in Dobrich. Has a typical Bulgaria kitchen restaurant. Sometimes a bit noisy in the rooms (after 22.00), due to the parties in the restaurant (live band).

The atmosphere is it! The restaurant with authentic food from Bulgaria and the plaza !! People, guests, starting to dance with live music! Recommend!

Extremly nice stay, I really liked Dobrich and the staff at the hotel were just amazing people. I hope be there again and see them prosper futher.

Nice place. Usually quiet, except on weekends, when it usually hosts weddings. Food is not-gourmet-level. Located in a park, that was tended for the dreaded head of the state in communist times. Very green, with a pool surrounded by dining tables.

Very beautiful place during hot months, but during the winter is a bit quiet. It is a typical weeding restaurant. Menu is nice and delicious. In my opinion during hot months there is a bit overcrowded. The capacity of serving guest is over the limit and sometimes have to wait for your dishes. 3 stars is my review.

Cannot praise this place highly enough. Wonderful rooms with plenty of space. Excellent Italian chef serving up.a sensational Osso Bucco. Staff attentive and professional. Superb.

Nice place with lots of apartments and pool.

The staff was great, they were real professionals. Food was good, drinks were great. Unfortunately the sauna was not working. The "gym"/fitness had 4 equipments and half of them were broken.

Things were not working (dishwasher broken, no internet; shower did not have the doors anymore and was replaced with dirty curtains 10 inches too long....) Everything was old and dirty. There was a 32 inch tv that did not work right. The worst was the unreliable water...

There is also an apartment part of the resort where there is no hotel service and you are entirely on your own. Which can be perfect if that's what you want.

We have a property in this place it's located in a very quiet place on a hill. The only downside is that it is far from other attractions in varna.

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly. Rooms cleaned regularly. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good experience in Bulgarian seaside. Plus: - good and variated food - clean rooms - very nice and relaxing pools with mineral water Minus: No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options. It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too. We spent a nice family vacation. Very thankful to the hotel manager Mira and her team for their efforts to make the stay of the guests as pleasant as possible. Compliments for the young, creative and motivated animation team. We highly appreciated their services, including day kids and teens' programme as well as the evening shows.

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us. If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's.

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

It is a good "no frills" deal. I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents. You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than...

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs . The food was good and fruits fresh. The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress.

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

Big hotel with not so big restaurant for so many people. Everytime are people in a row for food and drink. The food is could, not tasty, without spice. Coffee is very bad. Ice cream not very tasty. The staff is very friendly, pools at the hotel are very good. The TV set has very poor signal. Air condition is out of order in some rooms. Next time I will find a better place in Albena.

Good report money-services. We had a 7-day all inclusive vacation and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go again there next year!

Great animation, kids were very happy. The animators were friendly, kind and joyful (especially the girl with glasses). There was different shows and activities every day. We can't wait to come back here next summer.

Decent but a little dated rooms, nice staff. Luckily the poolarea at the adjacent Flamingo Grand is accessible if you stay here. Very easy to find sunbeds.

Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! The hotel is situated on the beach side with nice clean pools for children and adults. The water was heated and cleaned every day. The food was perfect with thematic days. We had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel is very close to the beach and it also has swimming pools. The staff is professional and friendly, there’s a big variety of tasty food and many types of drinks. Rooms are spacious, we stayed in the apartment facing the sea and the view was amazing.

If you are cockroach and insects friendly person then it is a nice hotel. I had a terrible experience on a 5 day stay with this. I have changed 2 rooms and still insects were all over. We have been in Kaliakra Beach in May 2025 again. Everything has been fine. Clean and nice room (Superior) with a great view. A very nice location, direct at the black sea. Interesting place. The hotel is well located right on the beach and we upgraded to an executive sea view room from a standard sea view room for 21 leves (a little over £9) a night.
