Wonderfull idea with the Rome style interior designed by Vesko and created by my father, his college and me, when I was young. Poor maintenance.

We have stayed here many times and are always made to feel very welcome even where there is a language barrier. Great location and lovely big rooms. Would always stay when in dobrich.

Extremely spacious room, nice staff, good breakfast. Definitely worth staying there.

Clean and friendly although the rooms smell of stale cigarettes... Centrally located within Dobrich and ample seating within the lobby and bar areas. The pool is in a state of disrepair.

As always good food and a good waiter enjoyed my time again

Went with 3 other people cost us 160 lev and we feasted like 2 mains and 2 desserts each plus drinks. Everything was perfectly cooked the homemade ice cream and cheesecake was to die for. Easily the top 5 meals in my entire life. If I was able I would give 6 stars.

A nice place to stay in Dobrich. Has a typical Bulgaria kitchen restaurant. Sometimes a bit noisy in the rooms (after 22.00), due to the parties in the restaurant (live band).

The atmosphere is it! The restaurant with authentic food from Bulgaria and the plaza !! People, guests, starting to dance with live music! Recommend!

Extremly nice stay, I really liked Dobrich and the staff at the hotel were just amazing people. I hope be there again and see them prosper futher.

Nice place. Usually quiet, except on weekends, when it usually hosts weddings. Food is not-gourmet-level. Located in a park, that was tended for the dreaded head of the state in communist times. Very green, with a pool surrounded by dining tables.

Very beautiful place during hot months, but during the winter is a bit quiet. It is a typical weeding restaurant. Menu is nice and delicious. In my opinion during hot months there is a bit overcrowded. The capacity of serving guest is over the limit and sometimes have to wait for your dishes. 3 stars is my review.

Nice place with lots of apartments and pool.

The staff was great, they were real professionals. Food was good, drinks were great. Unfortunately the sauna was not working. The "gym"/fitness had 4 equipments and half of them were broken.

Things were not working (dishwasher broken, no internet; shower did not have the doors anymore and was replaced with dirty curtains 10 inches too long....) Everything was old and dirty. There was a 32 inch tv that did not work right. The worst was the unreliable water...

There is also an apartment part of the resort where there is no hotel service and you are entirely on your own. Which can be perfect if that's what you want.

We have a property in this place it's located in a very quiet place on a hill. The only downside is that it is far from other attractions in varna.

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

Amazing animation team, sport activities and dance shows, the aqua park is very good the beach is clean.

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us. If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's.

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

It is a good "no frills" deal. I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents. You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than...

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs . The food was good and fruits fresh. The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress.

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

Good report money-services. We had a 7-day all inclusive vacation and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go again there next year!

Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. Room has everything you need, including good quality cosmetics from Fragonard. Very good food, restaurant is not at all crowded, you can definetly see the difference between this 5 star hotel and the rest of Albena’s 4 and 3 stars hotels...

Third time to Hotel Amelia which hasn't changed since first time Very basic rooms which are okay for the price. A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. Perfect service. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep. If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again.

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side. Next morning we had a chat with manager and we got a seaview! Exellent service! Breakfast on the other hotel is no problem, 20m.

Room was a large family room lots of storage space lovely and clean tv air conditioning and a fridge. A spacious balcony . Pool area was well kept. Hotel is on the beach with parasol and two beds included in with the room

Old and not well maintained but it has a kind of charm I guess, the price. I would go next time with a hotel that has the all inclusive option, as Albena lacks dicen restaurants, where to spend your money and time.

Fantastic Stay. Very clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff, beautiful view of the Black Sea from my balcony. The General Manager, Elena was outstanding. Nice walking path along the water in front of the hotel. Easy to access lounge chairs on the sand.

Relatively new, beautiful hotel. Nice, well organised rooms furnished with all necessary features. Very comfortable beds. The staff consists of well selected and trained profecionals and every boady is ready to assist you if you need something.

A nice hotel, looks as a 5 stars but it may be improved. Big, nice, confortable rooms. Outdoor pools could be heated because in 30 May and 6 September when we were nobody could swim there. Lucky that they have an indoor pool (small one) . I would have expected that sauna is included and does not have to pay extra for it. Breakfast and lunch are buffet. Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned. Big problem is the all inclusive system and most of the guests. I've seen couples or small families stuffing a complete table with tons of food which, that physically is impossible to eat otherwise their belly would literally expolde so plenty of food ends up as waste. If you expect Sandals or Beaches resorts accommodations you would be afflicted. But if you want a good unexpansive vacation on the beach you will enjoy your stay at this hotel. The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

Good kitchen and swimming pools. Good location first line sea side. But the look of the hotel from outside is not very luxory. Not as luxury as Silver Beach resort in Byala for example.

Honestly a great hotel. There are TONS of stuff to do in general. Tennis areas, shops, markets, horse riding, even a night disco (some nights). Food is pretty good and the beach is nice and clean.

Family Hotel Pancho is not just an ordinary hotel, it brings with it its unique spirit and beauty. It is a decent hotel if you are unpretentious and at a minimum. Pleasant in its prices, the minimum breakfast set with fruit, pastries, cheese / sausage and porridge. Billiards in the main lobby. At the reception desk they will always help. They understand Russian

The lovely owner, with whom we managed even without speaking English. The rooms correspond to the price (€20 for 2 people) and all the equipment was clean. The bathroom amused us a bit, because it was tiny and everything was connected together (see photo). Pleasant experience✨

The sink in the bathroom is one of the smallest you can imagine. It is impossible to wash your face in the morning without getting your feet wet. Is not very ok for the money i spent but you don't have nothing to choose at this price. The toilet are verry small, you can not wash your face or yout hand whithout splashing all over the place because the sink is very small and the water falls from to high above.
