Absolutely love it! This was the third time I visit this hotel in a few years. Every time it's extremely clean in the rooms. The spa is also clean and the breakfast is good and enough. One time we had dinner at the restaurant. And we was pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. The food was unique and super delicious.

A very pretentious place. Gold-painted walls, fake ancient-like columns in the restaurant, plush everywhere. The rooms are ok, but the view outside is not good - industrial setting. The food in the restaurant is quite expensive and the price doesn't match the quality. The free breakfast is very basic. The pool is small when the hotel is full - there were some group visits when we stayed and the pool...

Great family hotel! It was a real pleasure to spent a week here! Great emploeeies team, real tasty food! The pool is awesome and also the acomodities. Definitlly I will come back to this hotel! I was really impressed! Thank you for a great week!

I am very pleased to stay at the hotel. I came with the group for the training course, and everything was well-organized according to our requirements and needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable. Especially, I'm thankful for the food. They provided vegetarian and vegan options. Healthy and diverse food, a lot of vegetables, and examples of Bulgarian cuisine...

Nice, as always, but prices have gone up a lot, to pay for the redecorating.

The people who run this place are really nice but there was smokers everywhere. At dinner people in the next table smoking. Can’t eat breakfast outside(which I think is a weird rule in corona times) our room smelt like deodorant when we checked in. We realized this morning it’s because the room smells like an ash tray. Old but clean hotel. The hotel has a very nice and clean swimming pool; close to Veliko Tarnavo. A good destination to escape from a big city.

Perfect place for rest, weddings or other events with a great mountain view, a pool and a garden, kitchen facilities, BBQ, well maintained and with the nicest host

A great place to spend some quality time in nature. The view was stunning. The rooms were clean, cozy and bright plus the hosts showed us warm hospitality. We would definitely go back!
