Our second stay here, a charming and intimate hotel. Good restaurant and bar, impressive dining area. The cheese platter is copious, and the desserts are fresh and excellent. Staff is attentive and quick. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Top option for transit and a pleasant evening.

coming from Greece and wanting to eat we toped on the way at this restaurant and had a very nice surprise. we ordered veal shrimp and some veggie plate. all were tasty, delicious and portions were decent. well plated as well as decently priced. the interior is a little old (and i do not mean that is old fashioned...) and is looking such... the service was prompt and the money spent were not a lot...

Very cosy place. The staff are friendly, and made my stay there really comfortable.

Stayed here for a night while traveling in south of Bulgaria. The hotel is very close to centre with its own parking which is good. The rooms themselves are old including the bathroom but clean. However, bed was not that comfortable and the heating was too loud in the night. Breakfast was by menu and it was acceptable. Service in general was ok but again barely. So to summarize it is fine for a day...

A good hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, nice view over the city, excellent location in Haskovo, nice staff. We stayed in a room for 3, it was large and comfy. We recommend the English breakfast.

Although room looked nice and it is within reasonable walking distanceI found it quice disappointing that it was very dirty. Bed was not comfortable. Rugs needed some serious vacuuming and the couch was broken, same as fridge. Toilet was small and there was barely any oxigen in it.

The obvious plus is that the hotel is in the center. Ok rooms, smell of cigarette smoke, AC in the room is very weak, the breakfast is OK.

We are a fixed menu there. It was quite expensive for Bulgaria. The food was good overall but the tiramisu was pretty sorry... made with spray cream. One thing to note is that we were sat in a room that turned out to be the smoking room. A strange concept seeing as smoking in public places indoors is illegal in Bulgaria. Apparently some one ought to have told us when we booked. We were moved promptly...

It is a nice hotel in the center. I liked the breakfast and dinner very much. Only the heating and cooling in the rooms is insufficient because there is central ventilation.

Not bad, clean and tidy rooms and good prices

Center place located, WiFi works good, self steer parking and breakfast plate include fresh and good quality cheeses and tomatoes and cucumbers. Taking a shower creates all bath room places wet and sleepy! There are soft drinks selling shop next door

The room was specious and very clean. It was equipped with flat TV and cable TV. The location prefect - the hotel was situated in the main shopping street of Harmanli with many supermarkets and restaurants in a working distance.

Nice new hotel, value of money

The rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and stylish. Service was extremely good. We actually stayed a little longer to recover from a sickness, the staff was super helpful and welcoming. Can only recommend!

Nice, quiet place. If there are available rooms with a view, there is also a beautiful view of Arda. Very friendly receptionist. The rooms are decent, they have everything. However, the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.

Super clean rooms, excellent mattress, spacious enough. A big window allowed much physical light to get in and make it even more pleasant. Very spacious bathroom too. They also gave me free of charge a private closed parking space for the motorcycle to be safe. Only minus the breakfast that was included in the price (and the prices were low compared to what they offer) but it was a choice from a card...

AMAZING. Theres nothing to visit in the city, worth to go there just to enjoy this lovely hotel, the professional service, the tasty breakfast. LOVED IT

Nice hotel, in an ok area. The room was rather large. Breakfast is available based on options (classic, pancake etc.). Coffee costs extra.

Our tour group spent four nights at this hotel in April, 2016. Rooms were OK. Breakfasts and dinners served to the entire tour group (40 persons) were often warm-to-cold. Dinners, ordered independently of the tour group, were fantastic: hot and tasty with generous portions. Wifi signals, although available on all floors, worked only in the hotel lobby.

Excellent breakfast, not very varied but ok. A la carte dining, reasonable prices and good food. Location close to the city centre. We paid 100 leva for dinner for four people, with drinks (3 beers, one whisky, juices). We stayed here to break in two a long and tiring trip from Romania to Greece and it was an excellent choice.

Pleasant place to stay in Kardjali. Nothing exceptional but very good service. Rooms are quiet and bed very comfortable. Parking available. And swimming pool, unfortunately empty at this time

Hotel is ok staff r helpful and friendly. Food is good and cheap just it takes so long 2 get there 4 hours from sofia on coach . No train service . . Pool is good life guard is a good man . But 1 out of 10 people speak english . Good breakfast included in price . And also manager is a cool woman and very helpful would recommend this hotel

We stayed at 5 th floor, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is plain and very delicious. How ever we arrived at 01:00 a.m without a booking, it was very difficult to communicate with reception in English. She miss understood we want to get 2 rooms, you must booked before you arrive to hotel. WiFi is too bad at 5th floor.

Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating. Particularly during my evening check in with a lady who could speak Bulgarian, French, English and Spanish brilliantly. Room was clean and comfortable, great balcony but the bathroom was a little small. I had to sit sideways to use the toilet. Shower was perfect with good pressure and temperature as well as very spacious. I would visit again if ever...

In a city like Krdzali you do not expect a hotel this great. From super fast check-in to the quality of the rooms everything is just perfect. The breakfast was great. The whole staff is lovely and welcoming. There is even a tobacco shop on the premises that works almost 24/7 so you can get small items close by. Connected to the hotel is a night club and a fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended

Although, the location is in the city center, just on the river board, there are no views over the river from the rooms but the only you can see is construction buildings. The standard rooms are too small and the bathroom is even smaller. The breakfast and the service are good.

Surprisingly amazing place. It is a 3 *** but the feeling is like it is 5. Booked accidentally as we decided to stay for a night. Headed first to the restaurant for a meal. Amazing service by the staff! All boxes ticked. Great experience and the menu was up to our taste. Then the room: was not really big but nicely designed and made as feel comfortable. Another plus was the available parking place

It’s a modest place. People are kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean and according to the category 3* is fine. The room was clean and perfectly kept. It is near shops and the center. CONS: the breakfast was modest too, really! I liked the only coffee I was given though.

The hotel is quiet and nice place. The hygiene was a little but neglected but bearbale. The service was good and kind. I liked the breakfast there. We could not try the restaurant because it was closed for a wedding at the evening. The location of the hotel is good. The prices are very fine.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Quiet, cozy and has all the amenities one can ask for. AC, TV, a fridge, a mini kitchen, nice bathroom, peace and tranquility. Beautiful and quiet place. We were offered a private villa, which was clean, spacious, with a yard in front and a beautiful view of the dam. The girl from the reception gave us comprehensive information about everything around Glavatartsi. And for breakfast, whatever I say will be a little ... .It was huge and delicious! We were fascinated by the welcome and hospitality :) There is everything we need, they even left us water, because the water is not drinkable. There were spices, sugar, oil, vinegar (God forbid you forgot anything) ... all kinds of dishes. Recommendations, instructions for interesting places and restaurants :) They have prepared phone numbers of a guide, restaurants and more ... We recommend this amazing...

Excellent accommodation. Nicely furnished no-nonsense villas with plenty of room. Separate bedrooms. Parking for a single vehicle per villa. No internet so far but they say the problem is with the only local provider and affects the whole village. Highly recommended.

We have been here only for dinner. The food was very delicious. Portions bog enough. Very nice/tomantic atmosphere (we stayed in open area). Very good music. Fast service. Good level of prices.

Not styed but restaurant was a nightmare. We did booking for 10 persons for a birthday celebration. Foods not received on time. First of our order came 40 minutes after ordering. When i finished my meal, my friends meal came whom ordered same dish with me. For drink we ordered zagorka as it is classical Bulgarian beer. But what happened? in second order of drinks they said 'except Haineken all beers...

many swimming pools, good place, but high prices.

The staff were friendly and very kind. Despite the noise that our group was making they were extremely patient with us. The rooms were spacious and cosy. The breakfast was tasty and served with professional approach. Despite the covid#19 situation, everyone was following the procedures imposed by government and W. H. O. I recommend this place and will visit again for sure. Plenty of parking space

Great hotel, charming rooms. The reception was rather slow, which can be unnerving after a long road around suspicious neighborhoods and villages. We had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty, especially the katak and the garlic bread. Breakfast was also okay but there were loooots of bees outside which attacked our pancake jam and forced us inside. Pool was clean and fairly warm.

Small rooms, tiny beds, weird carpet on the wall. Nice view, but the pool is open until 7pm only. DJ plays only chalga. Guests to the restaurant and the pool come from the area. Hygiene issues very likely.

Amazing place. The hotel is very close to the water so it is perfect for fishing tourism. It has amazing views, clean, spacious, and cozy rooms, friendly staff. There is no restaurant but breakfast is included and there are plenty of dining options in the area. The WiFi is good and most important of all - the hotel is pet friendly!

A hidden gem worth discovering. Don't be discouraged by the views on the road there from Kirdjali. The location is wonderful, the hotel is clean, cosy and peaceful.

Overall the place is nice, the view from the restaurant to the lake is wonderful. But most of all - there you can find the best customer service in Bulgaria, full stop. I have tried many other locations, and never had that level of customer experience within the country!

It is ok if you just want to sleep somewhere, but the breakfast was questionable and our room was left unlocked after they had come to clean it when we were not there. I do not recommend it for a longer stay. Check the expiration dates if you eat there.
