If you are looking for a nice stay in Mineralni bani - this the hotel! Cosy rooms, spacious balcony and wonderful spa. Friendly staff. The breakfast is nice. The location is at a walking distance from the main tourist sites and the park. Worthy to stay there! I will visit again definitely 😊

Very friendly staff !!! It maintains a clean and neat environment. The spa is unique by being paid separately. Breakfast is also optional and can be paid on the same morning. Nearby there are many nice restaurants such as "Pirate's Meeting" and "At Kolcho" very tasty cuisine good service and low prices. Although room looked nice and it is within reasonable walking distanceI found it quice disappointing that it was very dirty. Bed was not comfortable. Rugs needed some serious vacuuming and the couch was broken, same as fridge. Toilet was small and there was barely any oxigen in it.

The obvious plus is that the hotel is in the center. Ok rooms, smell of cigarette smoke, AC in the room is very weak, the breakfast is OK.

We are a fixed menu there. It was quite expensive for Bulgaria. The food was good overall but the tiramisu was pretty sorry... made with spray cream. One thing to note is that we were sat in a room that turned out to be the smoking room. A strange concept seeing as smoking in public places indoors is illegal in Bulgaria. Apparently some one ought to have told us when we booked. We were moved promptly...

Convenient accomodations in the absolute heart of the city. Very attentive and friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Nice place in the very center of Haskovo. In this place you can feel what is like to live in an old bourgeois town, with the typical architecture of the epoch before WW2. The services in the hotel are good too, and the prices - moderate.

A good hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, nice view over the city, excellent location in Haskovo, nice staff. We stayed in a room for 3, it was large and comfy. We recommend the English breakfast.

Rooms and bathrooms are the perfect size. A clean and comfortable hotel in the center of the city. However, it was a little difficult to find the door, since we do not know the Cyrillic alphabet and it is not written in English on the door. The reception is on the top floor. The breakfast is good, there is a cafe bar and restaurant downstairs.

The perfect place for either a one night or a longer stay. The rooms are cosy and stylishly decorated, everything is absolutely clean, the staff is welcoming. A place to visit more than once!

Awesome hotel couldn't recommend it more. It had really nice staff who were really helpful and spoke good English. It was super clean and even the cleaners were lovely. Mini bar was cheap to. But the best thing was decoration of the rooms we stayed in 101 it was awesome ask for this room if you can. It's black panther theme with gold trimmings was really fun. 10/10.

Our second stay here, a charming and intimate hotel. Good restaurant and bar, impressive dining area. The cheese platter is copious, and the desserts are fresh and excellent. Staff is attentive and quick. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Top option for transit and a pleasant evening.

coming from Greece and wanting to eat we toped on the way at this restaurant and had a very nice surprise. we ordered veal shrimp and some veggie plate. all were tasty, delicious and portions were decent. well plated as well as decently priced. the interior is a little old (and i do not mean that is old fashioned...) and is looking such... the service was prompt and the money spent were not a lot...

Stayed here for a night while traveling in south of Bulgaria. The hotel is very close to centre with its own parking which is good. The rooms themselves are old including the bathroom but clean. However, bed was not that comfortable and the heating was too loud in the night. Breakfast was by menu and it was acceptable. Service in general was ok but again barely. So to summarize it is fine for a day...

Room was nice and large, very big bed, I slept well. It was clean. The food didn't impress me, but it was ok. Too bad they open the kitchen at 11am, so you can't have a breakfast at all. Good for a 1 night transit sleep. Just avoid the weekends, there is a disco there 😊

It is a nice hotel in the center. I liked the breakfast and dinner very much. Only the heating and cooling in the rooms is insufficient because there is central ventilation.

Venue has a stunning view. That why you go. You can rent a boat/jet here too. Basic restaurant and food/wine choice overall keeping in mind the remoteness of the location. Half of road to the hut is in repairs that does not to seem be finished soon. We did not visit the hotel part. Plenty of parking lots. Consider for a lunch break after visiting nearby Utrobata cave.

Grate place, amazing view. Harmony flow. Clean rooms. It is now more as a hotel, but actually it is an ex-hut. The personnel is a bit distracted, but are polite and smilly.

An amazing view. However, my bathroom was very small and not clean. There was not hot water in the evening. The breakfast which was included in the price of the room didn't include any tea or coffee.

Great view and feeling of nature, ok rooms, no air conditioning, they forgot to put some essentials in the rooms and the food was kind of ok. Just the hospitality was not alright

Beautiful and quiet place. We were offered a private villa, which was clean, spacious, with a yard in front and a beautiful view of the dam. The girl from the reception gave us comprehensive information about everything around Glavatartsi. And for breakfast, whatever I say will be a little ... .It was huge and delicious! We were fascinated by the welcome and hospitality :) There is everything we need, they even left us water, because the water is not drinkable. There were spices, sugar, oil, vinegar (God forbid you forgot anything) ... all kinds of dishes. Recommendations, instructions for interesting places and restaurants :) They have prepared phone numbers of a guide, restaurants and more ... We recommend this amazing...

Excellent accommodation. Nicely furnished no-nonsense villas with plenty of room. Separate bedrooms. Parking for a single vehicle per villa. No internet so far but they say the problem is with the only local provider and affects the whole village. Highly recommended.

Amazing place. The hotel is very close to the water so it is perfect for fishing tourism. It has amazing views, clean, spacious, and cozy rooms, friendly staff. There is no restaurant but breakfast is included and there are plenty of dining options in the area. The WiFi is good and most important of all - the hotel is pet friendly!

A hidden gem worth discovering. Don't be discouraged by the views on the road there from Kirdjali. The location is wonderful, the hotel is clean, cosy and peaceful.

Nice, quiet place. If there are available rooms with a view, there is also a beautiful view of Arda. Very friendly receptionist. The rooms are decent, they have everything. However, the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.

We have been here only for dinner. The food was very delicious. Portions bog enough. Very nice/tomantic atmosphere (we stayed in open area). Very good music. Fast service. Good level of prices.

Not styed but restaurant was a nightmare. We did booking for 10 persons for a birthday celebration. Foods not received on time. First of our order came 40 minutes after ordering. When i finished my meal, my friends meal came whom ordered same dish with me. For drink we ordered zagorka as it is classical Bulgarian beer. But what happened? in second order of drinks they said 'except Haineken all beers...

many swimming pools, good place, but high prices.

The staff were friendly and very kind. Despite the noise that our group was making they were extremely patient with us. The rooms were spacious and cosy. The breakfast was tasty and served with professional approach. Despite the covid#19 situation, everyone was following the procedures imposed by government and W. H. O. I recommend this place and will visit again for sure. Plenty of parking space

Great hotel, charming rooms. The reception was rather slow, which can be unnerving after a long road around suspicious neighborhoods and villages. We had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty, especially the katak and the garlic bread. Breakfast was also okay but there were loooots of bees outside which attacked our pancake jam and forced us inside. Pool was clean and fairly warm.

Small rooms, tiny beds, weird carpet on the wall. Nice view, but the pool is open until 7pm only. DJ plays only chalga. Guests to the restaurant and the pool come from the area. Hygiene issues very likely.

The hotel rooms are comfortable, very clean and equipped with all you need. Thanks to the closeness to the dam, the views from the hotel rooms are amazing. Beware - you could be tempted to spend the whole day on the terrace! :) We were quite impressed by the professional and kind attitude of the waiters in the hotel restaurant. The menu was quite diverse (enough options for vegetarians!) and the meals...

Fantastic place! The staff is very nice and polite, the rooms are clean and very well designed. The swimming pool is great and has a wonderful view over the dam. I would highly recommend the hotel for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. The hotel restaurant has a very great menu with a lot of variety and signature dishes. Overall the place is nice, the view from the restaurant to the lake is wonderful. But most of all - there you can find the best customer service in Bulgaria, full stop. I have tried many other locations, and never had that level of customer experience within the country!

The location is next to the Hospital in a street with no exit for cars, but it is close to one of the main arteries of the city. I called on the phone and booked for three for three nights and everything is normal and the room is clean with air conditioning, TV and bathroom. , which we share with another room, as well as a shared terrace, but it was not occupied to our delight. The host behaved normally...

This is the place for good relax! In the middle of the little wood and by the coast of Kurdzhali reservoir. Very quiet and green. Bungalow was very tidy clean ans specious. Staff is very frendly and helpful Great breakfast F

Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Quiet, cozy and has all the amenities one can ask for. AC, TV, a fridge, a mini kitchen, nice bathroom, peace and tranquility. I especially liked the key system - they leave the keys in a lockbox outside the cabin and tell you a passcode over the phone. You can check-in anytime you want. Super clean rooms, excellent mattress, spacious enough. A big window allowed much physical light to get in and make it even more pleasant. Very spacious bathroom too. They also gave me free of charge a private closed parking space for the motorcycle to be safe. Only minus the breakfast that was included in the price (and the prices were low compared to what they offer) but it was a choice from a card...
