Rooms are old but OK. The garden infront of the hotel is beautiful. I highly recommend. There is no other option in town as well. :)

After my first bad experience with this hotel a few months ago, this time everything was fine. I was greeted by a kind young lady. Cozy and comfortable place.

Stylish atmosphere. Clean and spacious rooms. Kind service. And the menu at the restaurant is lick, lick. Unfortunately, like any centrally located hotel, it gets quite noisy from the street on Saturday night. But the hotel people are not to blame.

The breakfast is great, the staff is kind. There is not enough maintenance in the bathrooms.. the price is reasonable. I recommend it.

Simple hotel, but clean. We stayed only one night and arrived late, so reception was waiting, there is parking available within security cameras field, so safe to leave a car. Rooms are reasonable, not too big, but also not small. Comfortable bed. All good.

Rooms are extremely clean and the hotel is in an ideal location in the center of the city. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Best hotel in town! Very clean and the bar have very nice ambient! Its in peacful area so ther is no trafic near the hotel. Stuff is very polite and if i go again in Svilengrad i will definetly visit Hotel London again!

Too expensive if you look for the similar places nearby. Receptionist do not speak English. Room were smelly, as most places in Bulgaria.

Great hotel, near town centre, very helpful staff. Room was lovely. 2 Nd visit I would definitely advise upgrading to the larger rooms, well worth the extra money. Bar open but breakfast only, but only 15 minutes walk to the main Street.

Hello, room tidy. The shower didn't work. We booked a room through booking.com. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price ... there was no breakfast, and the price did not match the one presented on booking.com. I rate the stay as good. Because despite the shortcomings, we slept and went on.
