Great place for a weekend getaway ! The food was amazing! The bathtub is high so not very appropriate for people with mobility issues.

Unfirtunatelly the hotel decided to refarbish the two small pools that are the only ones with mineral water and it took over 2 days. The smell if the owint was awful and could be smelled the third day after. The other pools -one inside and one outside were operatonal but there the water is mixed with cold tab water and has a lot of chlores that this time was really too much! They open the foors to...

Food shall be of better quolity when meet is concerned, and pillows too, curtons washed at least once a year, children controled not to jump all the time in the pools.

Excellent breakfast, not very varied but ok. A la carte dining, reasonable prices and good food. Location close to the city centre. We paid 100 leva for dinner for four people, with drinks (3 beers, one whisky, juices). We stayed here to break in two a long and tiring trip from Romania to Greece and it was an excellent choice.

Hotel is ok staff r helpful and friendly. Food is good and cheap just it takes so long 2 get there 4 hours from sofia on coach . No train service . . Pool is good life guard is a good man . Rooms are large but doesn't have a balcony. The toilet could have been better and more hygienic, but there's no apparent problem. Has internet, TV, air conditioner, free wifi and a socket by the bed. It's good for only 1 night, for transit. Pro: in the city, stores nearby, nice reception, private parking Cons: very noisy fridge, windows that don't close well and you hear all the noise from outside, bathroom that smell of mold, noise from hallway, elevator, doors from stairs are noisy

It’s a modest place. People are kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean and according to the category 3* is fine. The room was clean and perfectly kept. It is near shops and the center. CONS: the breakfast was modest too, really! I liked the only coffee I was given though.

The hotel is quiet and nice place. The hygiene was a little but neglected but bearbale. The service was good and kind. I liked the breakfast there. We could not try the restaurant because it was closed for a wedding at the evening. The location of the hotel is good. The prices are very fine.

Situated at a pedestrian street, the guest should park at a neighbor street and walk to the hotel with the luggage. Not far.

We flew to Skopje and on our way to Sofia, we stopped for a night in Kyustendil. The hotel is right at the city centre. The room was spacious. The bathroom was was with a nice bath. When you arrive at 3 am, you think you would sleep at least until 8h30 am. But right above our room there were two workers who arrived at 8 and started making noise. But nvm, we spent a few good hours sleeping in the hotel

Restaurant serves fresh and delicious food. Place is small, witha small pool with fishes, and goats ont the roof.

In the restaurant the smoking is permitted. Maybe they consider a closed terrace as an open-air terrace, which is not the case in winter. People smoke there even there were a lot of small kids playing, having birthday parties, etc. It could be they are backed up by some "indulgent" authorities. Don't forget, it's Bulgaria :) Otherwise, the food and the service are excellent.

Very nice hotel. We have stayed twice. The place certainly does not offer luxury, but the hosts are very nice and helpful people. The location is good. There is always a parking space in front of the hotel.

Arrived very late at night with my 6 year old son. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was quiet and included air-con. Overall a nice and recommended hotel. Only downside is that there's no breakfast.

It's a nice 2 star hotel. At the center of the town. But all of the rooms are really noisy. One looks on the main street and traffic is permanent. The other side is the back of the hotel where 10 air condition and ventilating system works all day and night and it's impossible to sleep on am open window. Very central place in Kardjali. The hotel has been recently renovated. From your room, you can hear the city hall's carillon, one of the major attraction of the city.

Super clean rooms, excellent mattress, spacious enough. A big window allowed much physical light to get in and make it even more pleasant. Very spacious bathroom too. They also gave me free of charge a private closed parking space for the motorcycle to be safe. Only minus the breakfast that was included in the price (and the prices were low compared to what they offer) but it was a choice from a card...
