Good place for rest and chill in the mountine. Friendly people and service, clean and cosy rooms. The buffet has been a bit sparce with too few oprions, especially for breakfast but the food itself was good.

Beautiful surroundings, very clean public spaces and a large comfortable family room that would easily sleep 6. The food was delicious, if I had one criticism, it was that there was too much of everything

The hotel is in the heart of the mountains and you can have a deep sleep because of the fresh air. I recommend this place for a holiday or a teambuilding! Thank you

The forests around the hotel makes this place easy to breathe )) in one of the restaurants the best place is near a fireplace when it is cold outside. And of course nice Bulgarian wine and rakia ))

Clean and quiet place, suitable for a relaxing family holiday. The pool is clean and quite big. The restaurant is not that good though. The breakfast was really poor.

There are animals (cats and dogs) that make our day better with their presence. The value for money is unmatched

For God's sake, people "don't go" to this house, because you won't leave it like our company at the moment! Everything is great-clean, warm, calm, very cozy and has everything you need!

Excellent villa, fully furnished and spacious, comfortably there are 8 people and space remains. Around the Villa there is a small garden with swimming pool and kitchenette / grill

We stayed in 4, 2 couples for a total of 2 days and we had a great time. The owner is very warm and friendly, he even sat down to drink with us and accepted our invitation

Nice place to rest and swim in a hot mineral water pool. Dood kitchen work. Fresh and healthy air.

It has a sauna and other SPA facilities. the food is good and the service is perfect. The rooms have everything you need: towels,shampoo,hair drier. I am very happy with the pool as well

I have spent really good quality time over there. The place has everything you need, so you will be able to feel the spirit of the Trojan Balkans. It’s placed below one of the hills and it has Osam river nearby

We have booked the whole place and we were able to use everything in the villa. We have made really great bbq wih the equipment, placed in the internal yard. I would recommend this place to everyone

This place is absolutely quiet and you can have your mind releaved from the stress in the big city. The place is great either for weekend escape from the big city,and for longer time of course

There is so much harmony over there and you would feel it as soon as you arrive. It offers free parking as well. Its not expensive and could hold up a very large groups of people

Surrounded by mountains and a river full with fish you will eat great and fresh food, enjoy the silence and pet the friendly dogs :)) This place is not demanding, it's fully suitable with the surroundings and you don't have to take your fancy clothing

Breakfast is from 8 to 10, when sitting at the table at 7. 55 we were remarked that we got up early and the staff is still asleep. The food is not the best, but it is, it lacks some variety and is by no means homemade

Relatively clean hotel, but there is much to be desired. The room has no air conditioning and a fan, at air temperatures in Teteven 35 g is absolutely necessary. The contacts are almost crazy

To visit the beauties of the Teteven Balkans for one or two nights is possible, but I would definitely not repeat

The area is beautiful. Rooms were OK but very dark, and the lower floor had a massive smell of smoking. Kitchen accessories are a little limited but that's enough for working around.

This family hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the center. At the entrance, we can read Hotel Paradise (which is called Rai in Bulgarian). Very warm welcome despite the language gap

I recommend skipping breakfast here and just head to a proper restaurant in the village center. The entrance is a bit confusing. It will be an improvement if a sign was put up to indicate where to check-in

The house was beautifully decorated this Christmas time. The spacious and well appointed room. I asked if breakfast could be served to me at 7am (on a Sunday!) and the landlady gladly accepted with a smile

Efficient, clean, barebones bed and breakfast at a very low price of 30 BGN per night for a single person private room. The heating was very good in winter. The 5 minute walk to village center was ideal

It's ok for a short a time there is a river near by and a small pool. A restaurant it's not very big but the food is great.

It was very cute . Our party of 5 stayed in the same building it was great.
