Good place for rest and chill in the mountine. Friendly people and service, clean and cosy rooms. The buffet has been a bit sparce with too few oprions, especially for breakfast but the food itself was good.

The forests around the hotel makes this place easy to breathe )) in one of the restaurants the best place is near a fireplace when it is cold outside. And of course nice Bulgarian wine and rakia ))

Excellent villa, fully furnished and spacious, comfortably there are 8 people and space remains. Around the Villa there is a small garden with swimming pool and kitchenette / grill

For God's sake, people "don't go" to this house, because you won't leave it like our company at the moment! Everything is great-clean, warm, calm, very cozy and has everything you need!

We stayed in 4, 2 couples for a total of 2 days and we had a great time. The owner is very warm and friendly, he even sat down to drink with us and accepted our invitation

It has a sauna and other SPA facilities. the food is good and the service is perfect. The rooms have everything you need: towels,shampoo,hair drier. I am very happy with the pool as well

I was mostly amazed by the bar having a really nice, polite, friendly and talkative personnel. The prices seemed a little high though. It is a good thing in general that they allow you to use the pool during the night

Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky. the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available

A relaxing mineral water spa in the Troyan region of Bulgaria. Standard rooms, wonderful mineral water pools of various temperatures, a spa center and surrounding forest and trails

Furniture is functional and clean but again will need to be replaced in the near future. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of dishes which were replenished regularly

The location and view are very nice. Swimming pool has good size and the water is hot but the property is not well kept. The food at the restaurant is not good.

We have booked the whole place and we were able to use everything in the villa. We have made really great bbq wih the equipment, placed in the internal yard. I would recommend this place to everyone

This place is absolutely quiet and you can have your mind releaved from the stress in the big city. The place is great either for weekend escape from the big city,and for longer time of course

There is so much harmony over there and you would feel it as soon as you arrive. It offers free parking as well. Its not expensive and could hold up a very large groups of people

The suite had so much to enjoy: spacious and immaculate, big comfy bed (most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!), nice flat screen television, a spacious standing shower with glass doors and sauna! There was also a big balcony and the view from the hotel is stunning at night! There is a great outdoor mineral pool and a huge Jacuzzi tub! The atmosphere in the lobby is very calm and relaxing

Bar makes amazing cocktails and the restaurant makes lovely breakfast and dinner (the food is absolutely lush! ) The waitress on Tuesday and Wednesday evening (4 and 5th of August) was called Cveti

SHIPKOVO SPA HOTEL ( HOTEL SHIPKOVO) ! Remember this name as this is best hotel in Bulgaria. Prices are excellent, I have stayed for 2 nights and honestly I am so happy I found this place

She was the best waitress I've ever seen. She was amazing and went into detail about the specials, suggested what was nice on the menu, and helped me pick the best options on the menu

Always smiling and courteous, very genuine in her service and really does care. Cveti was so gorgeous, I chatted with her both days and saw her playing with the visitors’ kids

Relatively clean hotel, but there is much to be desired. The room has no air conditioning and a fan, at air temperatures in Teteven 35 g is absolutely necessary. The contacts are almost crazy

To visit the beauties of the Teteven Balkans for one or two nights is possible, but I would definitely not repeat

The house was beautifully decorated this Christmas time. The spacious and well appointed room. I asked if breakfast could be served to me at 7am (on a Sunday!) and the landlady gladly accepted with a smile

Efficient, clean, barebones bed and breakfast at a very low price of 30 BGN per night for a single person private room. The heating was very good in winter. The 5 minute walk to village center was ideal

This family hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the center. At the entrance, we can read Hotel Paradise (which is called Rai in Bulgarian). Very warm welcome despite the language gap
