The hotel is nice, with a good view. I didn't like the service at the restaurant, nor the breakfast. When we entered for lunch, the waiters didn't seat, or greet, or even acknowledged us for at least 10 minutes. It was obvious they didn't want to be there and they didn't want us to be there.

Hotel is not the best, nothing special, even it needs renovation. What impressed me was the attitude of the lady who was serving us. Probably she was the manager or the owner but very polite and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Food in restaurant was delicious.
The restaurant is good, nice food and service. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Can get a bit too crowded and noisy when they have live music.
Not much expirinace but this one is from the restaurant.
Good service, a bit worn out furniture but still clean place. Good live music and high quality kitchen. I recommend the steak.

Perfect accomodation in the city centre. Comfortable room, clear bathroom, stable WiFi, possible late night arrival.
Extremely nice place, clean and cozy. Convenient location in the ideal city center. I would love to visit it again!
Not shiny, but worth what they asking per room per night. Nice restaurant ground floor with very attractive interior, feel like 50 years ago in comunism,can taste 60+ different national spirits and amasing national kitchen.
Small family hotel. Some parts of it have to ve renewed.
Hotel Balgari is a beautiful small hotel with very friendly people.
The location is near to center of the town, quiet and cosy

Cheap hotel. :) good price and location. Place to park. :( Cold rooms, old furniture, not very good bed. Breakfast was included in the price but they did not provided us because it was 1st of January. Definitely the hotel need renovation.
Very good value for money altought breakfast is awfull. Clean bad, hot water, wifi in the room.
Inside, everything was Ok. Outside is another story. A big competition between local cocks, the male chicken of course, from 5:00 AM clock in the morning. They keep fighting and it's 9:00 AM. Ok. Clean room, good prices, acceptable breakfast and is near to highway.

The place was renovated, the place itself was in a good condition the staff were very friendly and outgoing as well, the location was okay everything that i needed was near. The room was very comfortable with an AC.
The rooms are not very clean! Take care: they told me the price but took another price from my card!!!! I was so tired that I noticed this only next morning! There was a huge difference! Very incorrect deal!
The rooms are modern and nice. It's right in the middle of downtown.
The place is really cosy . I enjoyed every second there.

Very welcoming hotel, nice room, decent food and a shaded garden out the back.

What u can expect from a hotel in this price range. The bathroom culd use an upgrade tho . Halls are clean. Staff is helpfull and polite.
Very clean rooms, great location in front of the park, green sorroundings and nice restaurant in a small garden with tasty food. Parking in front of the hotel. Issue in the restaurant , as dinner came very late ( after more than 1h , so need patience and avoid having hungry and tired child 🙂), because the restaurant was full. But the personal and the owner were very comprehensive and communicative...
Very good hotel. Great service. Kind owners. Very friendly. The area is great and the view overlooking the city lake is fenominal.
