Not so bad, good cleaness, nice and smile staff. Need more investments, because not all gym equipment is working, solarium is very old and not cleaning after using.

Nice place in one small and very beautiful town in Rhodope mountain. Has a pool and spa center. The one thing that we didn't like was that when we go to dinner, there wasn't any free table, and have to wait almost half hour. The room was clean and with nice view. 😊

This place is so lovely we didn’t want to leave. My partner and I stayed over Christmas. They cooked us a beautiful Christmas dinner. They left us on our own and we had a late morning breakfast. It is warm with lush blankets. The manager Darina was lovely warm and very accommodating of all our wishes. I highly recommend it.

This place really deserves all positive reviews and high ratings. Spacious, clean, cozy... Lots of extras including gym, Jacuzzi etc. Perfect for big companies, celebrate your birthday and other events, as well as weekend trips for couples. We go there for a second time and I can say that it is a very nice place for sure.

Great place and great hosts. We got lost but found this little gem in the village and booked the same night.

Nice rustic rooms, interesting conversation with the owners, good food (the Patatnig is a must) and a perfect view all around. It feels isolated and quiet but if you really need something from the city Chepelare is just 10 minutes away with a car.

The houses were very nice and spacious, there was plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to gather, the fireplace gave a cozy feeling, the staff was very soulful, we were told about many beautiful places to visit. I recommend

The place is good. Definitely great a few years back. It was built with EU funds and the idea is great. It is starting to showmsigns.of wear and tear, but nothing too bad yet. It is due for minir renivation never the less. Good for families and if traveling with friends. A group of 4-6 with children can ocupy one house.

The houses were great. Roomy with a nice fireplace. Each house has a garage for one car. There is a kitchen where you can cook and each room has it's own bathroom. Some of the doors didn't quite close properly but that wasn't that big of a deal. The view outside the houses is beautiful.

An amazing vacation place in the mountains. The complex has an authentic look and it is isolated from other hotels and rental homes in the area. The staff are very friendly and food in the restaurant is very tasty.

Comparing price/quality, this hotel is great choice. Food is OK, rooms are large, SPA is OK and water in the pool is warm(~27°C) !

Already 8 years we are staying in Malina Villas for our winter vacation. Very comfortable accommodation, great service, absolutely great location. Tasty food.

We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Our cottage was clean, warm and very cosy. The restaurant is very nice and the food is just great 😃 Above all, the staff, the people working there make the difference. We had a great stay ☺️

Really good bungalows, warm, really clean, modern bath and kitchen with all daily necessities included. The food at the restaurant was varied, for all something there, typical Bulgarian food as well. The best pizza in the area on menu. Very nice service. Daily cleaning lady in the bungalows.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our family time enjoyable. Its proximity to the slopes makes it perfect for a ski vacation, especially with small kids. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the host.

Nice and comfortable cabins next to the ski slope, surrounded by trees. They clean the cabins every day, the staff is friendly. The rooms are warm and you have everything you need at ease. We had half board and all the meals were great! It was our fourth holiday in the same place!

Unsure where the comments reference rude staff etc have come from. Lovely location, friendly staff who go over and above to assist if needed. Food very nice, and if you have special requests such as vegetarian they do all possible to accommodate.

The rooms where clean, but the furnishing was a bit old. The hotel restaurant was nice. There is no easy direct path from the hotel to the ski lift, which makes it hard to walk so much equipped with ski stuff.

It pretends to be more than it is. Let's start with the good things: It's very clean. It's close to the ski slope and the lift station. The bathrooms are well made. Then there's the not so good stuff: the interior is on the spartan side. Certain items are worn out. The lighting is dim. Overall, I think the fee is too high for what you get. The positive is that the apartments are very warm. If you are a family with children you will like it because the apartments are spacious, but if you are only two (or solo), it is better to head to a hotel.

We spent four days at the hotel. + good breakfast (eggs, bread, muffins, cereal, etc.) + the receptionist was very kind and helpful, simply awesome + the apartment was clean and warm + 3 min away from the lift with a shuttle which which picks you up from the hotel; we left our ski equipment at Kamelia ski wardrobe for 5 lv per day

Everything in the room was very old and worn out. The bathroom door and washing basin was rotten, difficult to close the door. The bed sheets were small, towers worn-out and stinky of bleach. The blinds wasn't functioning - could not open and no curtains. Do not recommend.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! Amazing hotel located next to the ski slopes. Rooms were specious and very well maintened. The ski slopes are 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended for both winter and summer vacations.

I would give 5 stars but there were things that did not work. 1. Phone in the room 811 did not work. 2. WiFi on the 8th floor did not work 3. Quiet, clean, the food is good with enough diversity to choose from. This was our second time there with child under 4 and it is probably one of the best places for families. The playground is well kept and there are enough things to do in the hotel with kids. Everyone are really helpful and i derstanding. Highly recommend 👌
