We checked in on February 15, 2026 and honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. The room we received looked nothing like what we had been shown at the time of booking. When we complained at the reception, we were told that unfortunately nothing could be done, as the property was 100% occupied. So, we were stuck. The room itself – a total disappointment. The “bed” consisted of two mattresses stacked on top of each other, it smelled awful, and the bedding was torn with clear cigarette burn marks. The duvet had yellow stains, obviously unchanged for a very long time. The fridge ran non-stop making an unbearable noise. The TV… I have no idea what era it came from – I haven’t seen anything like it in at least 25 years. The bathroom – a horror story of its own. Extremely outdated, a suffocating smell, and the shower simply did not work. I have no idea how anyone could imagine you’d be able to rest under such conditions. We slept with our clothes on. We left the next day. They ruined a week-long ski holiday for us, with no offer of compensation whatsoever. The price we paid cannot be justified under any circumstances for conditions like these. Shameful!

The hotel is shockingly bad. The base is extremely old and the walls are dirty, the elevator often doesn't work, everywhere smells like a canteen. The rooms are dark, unkempt, often damaged (example is a huge cigarette hole on the sofa, a disassembled toilet button). The towels they gave were torn, and they didn't want to change them for five days. The staff is extremely rude, the "lobby" is small (3 tables) and they chase you away at 10 pm and turn off the lights, and the only option is to sit in your miserable room. I don't see how the hotel has three stars, as the restaurant is in the basement, and it's small, the food was acceptable, but there's no variety. The location of the hotel is also not brilliant, because you have to walk 15 minutes uphill with all the cars. Also, the hotel claiming to have a spa means that there is a sauna that has to be reserved for an hour, which is absurd. Also, there was almost no internet anywhere. I would certainly never return to this hotel.

The hotel is very bag , everything is old , the walls are dirty , the bathroom is very small and unpractical, dirty towels , dirty floor - everything is just bad , I cannot believe we paid 150lv for two days and this is what we experienced . I don’t recommend.

Everything in the room was very old and worn out. The bathroom door and washing basin was rotten, difficult to close the door. The bed sheets were small, towers worn-out and stinky of bleach. The blinds wasn't functioning - could not open and no curtains. Do not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at Green Life Family Apartments in Pamporovo. The room was filthy and poorly maintained. We found hair on the toilet seat and sticky hairs above the kitchen counter. The armchairs were covered in stains, and the bed was absolutely unacceptable. The bed frame was dirty, the carpet was filthy, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Even the duvet, although covered with a duvet cover, was left open, as shown in the photo I’ve attached.
To make matters worse, there was no hairdryer in the room. When we asked at the reception, the lady told us we had to return it immediately after using it – which was extremely inconvenient. The service was downright terrible: the hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn’t assist us with ski equipment or provide any useful information. We were even forced to clear the snow in the parking lot ourselves in order to leave, which was completely unreasonable.
Upon entering the hotel, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen in the basement. The breakfast was inedible, with very few and poor-quality options. Finally, although we told them we didn’t have a pet, we were placed on a floor where we could hear dogs barking, which was very disturbing especially during the night.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

I recently had a terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming my reservation, they decided to cancel it just one hour before my arrival. This last-minute cancellation was incredibly unprofessional and left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations. I had planned my trip around this booking, and their lack of consideration for my situation was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliability and good customer service. Save yourself the hassle and choose a place that values its guests.

The rooms were not really good or clean.
The offered food wasn't good and the underground basement breakfast room was filthy and had a bad smell.
