It was a great experience! We ordered many different dishes and all of them were made perfectly and served in time. The restaurant have a digital menu and you can place an order for your phone. As a beer lover I have to say that they have the best draft beer in the town. In the menu they have draft Carlsberg and now they have draft Erdinger. The hotel and room were very clean, the staff were all great, the facilities (pool, spa) were well kept and the water was warm, the food at the restaurant was great. No complaints at all. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The location is perfect, at a walking distance from most city sights and landmarks. A perfect place to stay for both business and leisure trips. Beautiful, quiet location, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds- we had a 2 bed apartment with kitchen facilities and a sitting room with a balcony. Good quality toiletries were provided also a good selection of teas, coffee and soft drinks free of charge. Breakfast was excellent and dinner reasonably priced.

This is an oasis in the Forrest! The rooms are huge, so comfortable and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and speak English well, and the surroundings are just stunning.

The best hotel I've ever been anywhere!!! The rooms are spacious and more than luxurious. TVs support paid programs like youtube,prime,netflix and so on. The spa is well arranged. The hotel is located in a peaceful environment among forests and has a small complex as well as a children's corner. The restaurant is open until 24 o'clock. Hardly recommend.

A lovely hotel situated in the picturesque Rodope Mountains, in proximity to the serene lakes of Smolyan. The accommodations are characterized by their spaciousness and cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel offers rejuvenating spa facilities.

The hotel is very good. And the restaurant is one of the places where you can try real traditional dishes from the Rhodope Mountain.

The hotel was amazing! It was super clean, the food was incredible and they have a lovely steam room and sauna for hotel guests. It’s conveniently located close to Smolyan and you can get to a lot of the nearby sights within 15-20 min. The hotel service was excellent! Special shout out to our lovely host Petya! Amazing hotel! Low prices, pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant's interior is cozy and nice. There's a fireplace and the tables an chairs are very comfy. The food is incredibly delicious. The ski tracks are just 5 mins away from the nearest lift. Strongly recommend!

Excellent hotel, spacious and clean rooms. There's a place right outside serving good food and heaps of taxis also right in front of the hotel (well, a bit to the left when exiting)...

Good hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean. The location is great. You can have complimentary coffee in the lobby which was very nice! However the water pipes were very noisy in our room. On the terrace there were three A/Cs, thankfully nobody was using them, otherwise we would not get much sleep. The parking lot in front of the hotel has a very weird entrance. Overall I'd recommend...

Nice hotel, near to the center you can find everything

Good place for one night. Bed is corrupted and noisy, pillows are not usable, in bathroom bathtub was broken, shower broken too, wall are thin and you'll hear all neighbors. There's no such breakfast... Restaurants near are good and this is only thing that saves good impression about Smolyan.

One of the best places around Pamporovo and Smolyan Lakes area. If you are looking for good service, quality food and a bit of personal touch, this is the place for you. A bit remote from the noise of Pamporovo and the city but close enough to the ski slopes and the beautiful mountain!

That is a small family hotel next to a lake and below a large rock formation. Other landmarks and a herb / mushroom trader nearby. Pleasant restaurant at the lake.

Excellent hotel with a very good location. The rooms are clean and cozy, there are parking spaces in the yard. The welcome is cordial, the attitude is kind with attention to every detail. For the time I spent there, I had the feeling that I was not at a hotel, but visiting close friends. Be sure to visit - you will be enchanted!
