The rooms were big and furnished as much as needed. There was really fun playground for kids. The food was tasty! Also there was a bbq you can use on your own. We didn't try the swimming pool since the water was still cold, but it looked nice from aside. The owners were really helpful as well. There is a path going up in the forest reaching meadows with wild flowers. Perfect for long or short walks...

Well-renovated hotel, in the woods just above Pirdop with private free parking, inside pool, kids center, sauna, private disco/bar, spacious rooms, good food in the restaurant, nice staff.They have a small park with deer. 4 stars, bacause there is nothing much to do in the area, besides some trails for hiking.

Nice, calm environment and cosy rooms. The staff was reduced due to the inactive season, but managed to do well. Generally positive experience, but could have been better.

The service, attitude and personal touch of the place is great. The hosts were very nice and polite. The only downside for me was the fact that the windows did not have insect nets and the price is too expensive in my opinion.

Amazing place to visit. The staff is aways friendly and kind. The room was very cozy, just big enough for two people and a suitcase. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy.  The place has an unique charm and a relaxed vibe. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Best place to rent a room or house, we've tried it regular, internal garden, barbeque, chimney in the big room, chess and backgammon, bibliotek with Bulgarian books. House is near central square of this small town and all of local restaurants.

Nice small hatel with 5 rooms.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Large room and bathroom.The heating was on at night in early October which was very good - it gets really cold in the area. It was really easy to get in touch with the hosts. Check-in/check-out was very easy.

Guest House Denis is very well situated. The staff was very kind, they helped us find a comfortable parking spot. Breakfast was also very nice. A nice hotel with a beautiful view.

There is still place for improvement in terms of staff education. Overar everything was great gread, there is still place to park your car. Food was good enough.

Easy and convenient to book, polite staff, clean and comfy rooms. They also offer a breakfast menu, however we did not have the time to try it. Deducting 1 star mostly for authenticity - rooms were modern on the inside, but this may be a plus for some.

Lovely & typical place👍👍👍 with basics services. So nice personal Delicious breakfast included (tea, coffee, bulgarian cheese -sirene-, jam, bulgarian yogurt, and a, superb, kind of fried homemade bread😋)

Great view, really friendly service (keep in mind I'm Bulgarian though!) The rooms are really warm, very nice and affordable. The only problem was that the wifi didn't reach the bedroom. Something to keep in mind in the winter when you can't work outside/on the patio. PS: bring cash to pay for your stay!

This family hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the center. At the entrance, we can read Hotel Paradise (which is called Rai in Bulgarian). Very warm welcome despite the language gap. The house was beautifully decorated this Christmas time. The spacious and well appointed room. A very nice hotel close to main venues but still little off the noise and busy streets. Recommended!

Efficient, clean, barebones bed and breakfast at a very low price of 30 BGN per night for a single person private room. The heating was very good in winter. The wifi worked just fine. The 5 minute walk to village center was ideal. Breakfast costs extra. I recommend skipping breakfast here and just head to a proper restaurant in the village center. The entrance is a bit confusing. It will be an improvement...

Nice place, clean, tidy. There were some flaws, but overall I'm satisfied. The lack of an actively working restaurant is a drawback. The breakfast was very tasty, but there was no choice. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons.

A lovely renovated old house, with a revival spirit and kind hosts! A veranda with a wonderful panoramic view, a small picturesque courtyard with many flowers, deckchairs and a swing. Close to the center on foot and by car, and also to the market with many shops. Highly recommend!

Clean and nice place. The hosts have tried to provide the necessary amenities to their guests. Despite the limited space, a bathroom has been built in each room. It is a pleasure to spend even an evening in this revival house. We are satisfied and will visit the hospitable hosts again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🤗

A beautiful stay in a beautiful town. Where to start, some of the best hospitality i've had in Bulgaria! The rooms were clean and very comfortable along with the bathroom. I opted in for the breakfast which was a great choice, delicious! The family are incredibly nice and was a pleasure to meet them and provide their local insights to the area. A must if you are in town.

A unique guest house. The house is comfortable both for rest and for celebrating holidays. There is also a tavern attached to the house, which easily accommodated all 20 of my guests. The villa itself is extremely well maintained, each room has its own bathroom, the rooms are clean. The host is extremely kind. I recommend 100% 🔝🔝🔝

One of the best guest houses in Koprivshtitsa...

It was a perfect place to stay for 2 nights (quiet, elevated and an easy walk downto the centre through cobblestone streets). Our rooms had balconies with amazing views. We were able to park in front of the property. It was a great base for hiking in the area.

Very nice house. Clean and new rooms, some with a terrace with a wonderful view. They also have a tavern, where in the morning you can prepare breakfast, there is a coffee machine, and in the evening you can gather and have fun. Edi does not have parking spaces, but there is a small square near the house where you can leave your car.

Amazing guest house with a beautiful view and communal areas. The host is very friendly and friends and I have been visiting this place for 4 years in a row now. It keeps improving and the host is open to any feedback. Highly recommend for a nice city gateway and a relaxing weekend.

Very convenient for families with children.

Location, a bit away from the town, but beautiful nature and the facilities were great. Very enjoyable to swim in the pool while outside is not so hot.

It's ok ,good indoor swimming pool and a sauna and steam room. Locks on rooms are terrible to open or lock. After asking how late breakfast is answer was at 8.00 . Next morning go there and suddenly it was 8.30 so it depends how late they decided to open that's not ok. The view outside is cool

My husband and I took a weekend trip to this area and decided to forgo the usual hotel and stay at a truly authentic location. The house was incredibly beautiful and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bathroom modern and very well heated. Probably the best sleep we have gotten in awhile. The breakfast was made from local fresh ingredients and the dinner was delicious. The staff was lovely...

Beautiful place with originally preserved architecture of the late 19th century Bulgarian house. When enter the yard, it feels like an oasis, the athmosphere is amazing. Lovely garden, very well maintained, fresh and green. Rooms are great, so are the people and the service and attention that we got. Special thanks to Maria (the owner) and Sonya, both of them very sweet, who made our stay perfect.

It's unique experience in authentic but still modern hotel. The staff is really nice and pleasant, the food is super good and traditional bulgarian cuisine. Recommended highly!

The hotel is actually in good shape! Some good old school establishment with the very best traits from the Socialism life! The hotel is actually quite big and I am surprised on how well it is beeing kept clean! The rooms are nice and tidy with all the essentials a person might need. Considering the low prices this is just perfect! Definitely recommended.

Great place! Nice rooms, kind stuff, perfect location. The SPA center is also good. Child friendlt, with places to take walks. Only the central heating didn't work so well, but we get an electric heater from reception. We'll visit again in the spring. 😊
