Calm, clean, cozy! I would visit again!

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The pool is cleaned every morning and evening, the water is warm. Only the Wi-Fi "MADARA2" is of very poor quality.

Nice accommodation a little further from the beach, about 9 km, the kitchen is a bit incomplete, otherwise, all in all, it's not bad.

It is a cheap way to relax near the Sunny Beach. The hotel is clean but the beds are small. There is a fantastuc swimming pool in the garden. It is about 6 km far from Sunny Beacg.

WONDERFUL PLACE Before our Booking we had a Lot of questions about the area to host. Also she gave me all informations about sunny beach and everything i needed. A top host!!! Nice place, was not too crowded to be honest! Anyway, this is one of the quietest options for your stay in the region so count it recommended. Also, there is a shop starting at 10:00 which is very useful if you do not want to drive at all times you need something for your fridge :)

It's not so far away from Sunny beach, but the distance should be taken in consideration by people without a personal transport. excellent location, excellent apartment, Bayview is an excellent resort outside the hustle and bustle of the main sunny beach strip but still a 2 minute bus journey in, the resort has its own bus as well

We stayed here for a fed days on our annual holiday. The rooms are good sized. You get everything you need for your stay except a washing machine and a iron but i am sure you can request these at reception. Staff really friendly and location is just a few minutes from Sunny Beach by car. You can enjoy a bit of quiet if you have decided to be at Sunny Beach.

Nice place for holliday with friends or family ..Pool .. well located both close to Sunny beach center and only 1,5km from the beach.. Bus stop just at the front of the complex ( each hour) large parking place .. and manager family will give you all services and help needed. il recommend this place

It's great, near Sunny Beach, near a forest, huge rooms, comfortable beds, amenities, clean pool, quiet. 5 minutes by car to the complex, there is a parking lot.

Not by the sea, but quiet. No cold winds. We are waiting for a traffic light at the intersection with the highway. You can walk to the sea.

Brought an apartment here. Martin the manager couldn't have been more helpful, even finding us a spare remote control for our air conditioning unit that was lost. Even though the hotel wasn't open because of covid 19 the pool and gym were open/filled for the few guest who have apartments. Very impressed!

Had a nice holiday, very clean and tidy. Food was very basic and repetitive. Very nice relaxing atmosphere around the pool, evening entertainment was enjoyable but be aware that the bar closes at 10pm. All in all good for a young family but teenagers will be terribly bored very quickly.

Very nice hotel, our apartment is cleaned every day. In bathroom are soap and shampoo, also they give new towels every day. In four person apartment are 3 room, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms, in first is one, big double bed, in second are two one person beds, in living room is sofa. Tasty food, reasonable prices, enormous apartments, nice staff. Sometimes you can find a spider in a corner. Unfortunately, way to the beach is pretty dangerous when you walk, but the Hotel has free shuttle bus that will pick you up if you want to wait for it. To sum up, I can reccomend this hotel for everyone.

Spent 2 great weeks mid July this year and could not fault the hotel for us. The food was good. The rooms were large and cleaned daily. We were fully inclusive and I have no complaints about the soft drinks or local beer and spirits or wine. There was entertainment all day for the kids or adults. Very nice, cosy and quite place. Perfect for children. The rooms are clean and the pools are excellent. The food is nothing special, but that is a small disadvantage that I personally do not care much about. I recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. One last thing, very friendly staff! Which, unfortunately, is a rare thing nowadays.

Stayed in an adjacent property, but got lost when we arrived, staff very friendly and helpful, had dinner in the property a few nights later, staff very friendly and good food, my son even got a complimentary ice cream, not needed, but in line with their customer friendly approach, good place and very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Lovely people. Great weather. A little out of the way but super spot.

Big enough rooms. Clean. Numerous pools, even for small kids. Enough pool chairs. Clean water. 2 restaurants with delicious food. really close to Nevis aqua park. Nice interior garden. Overall a very nice place to stay. It's appropiate for long stays too. There's a big supermarket close by.

Clean location, spacious apartment, but there are problems with how to get to the location because the booking address is not correct. Otherwise everything is ok.

A little difficult to find the reception. We had to ask twice how we could get to the front desk. Accommodation very ok, very nice complex.

Great aqua park. The rides are super fun! The water can be a bit cold for small children. The hotel is clean with big rooms. Food is great and varied. All staff members are friendly!

Nice place, clean, meniu for all inclusive is not very elaborate, entertainment team with lots of games during the day, water park, far from the beach: there is a minibus that takes you in center and then 10 min walking. Ideally for family!

This hotel is very good as it offers a-lot such as a animation team pools a verity of foods and most of all access to the second best water park in Burgas, the food is really good you have a huge choice from pizza all the way up to shark. The staff is nice and so are the rooms. The water park might need a bit of an update though some new slides something or like that. And also a renovation to the sauna...

Might be smaller than some of the larger parks around, but well ran and a good family experience, something for all ages.

I was for two nights, the hotel is wonderful, there is a nice garden, a large parking lot, the rooms are clean and with a kitchen block, and nearby there is a park that is suitable for children.

Nothing extra, spacious room for one / two. There is a refrigerator, stove. There is no washing machine in the room, oven, microwave. There is an excellent conditioner that maintains a pleasant cool environment in the room, a large clothes dryer, a towel, and the hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna. The staff is good-natured, no problems during their stay. Modest, but comfortable and cozy.

Very friendly staff, booked us in 2 hours earlier as the room was available. Rooms are clean, housekeeping and everything working. Compare to other places in Bulgaria these people know how to offer good customer service. Any issues resolved fast. I was happy to stay there and girls at reception and bar, do a fantastic job.

Exelent Aparthotel! very easy to get in there, just 10min walking to the beach. Hotel garden very well mantained, with tematic zones. Very nice Swiming pool with out door jaccuzzi.

Staff kind and polite, this setting them apart from everything else in the area. Hotel is decent for Bulgarian seaside, quiet and clean. Rooms are big and clean, apartment like, with a living room and a kitchen.

I RECOMMEND IT! The place has a nice location, 5-7 min walking distance to the beach, the rooms are spacious, the bed is big and comfortable, the area is quiet and the noise from night clubs and bars cannot be heard. Even you arrive late in the middle of the night - there is somebody to meet you and accomodate you. The parking places are on the street next to the hotel, but the hotel staff always reserves...

It has very good price/quality ratio, kind staff, and very good cleaning service. Breakfest was the same everyday (eggs, cheese, ham, and desert). Hot drinks were half water, even the milk. Accomodation was nice, with few things to fix. We booked king bed studio, but they gave us apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 single beds. We ask them nicely if there is any mistake with our reservation...
