Hotels in Vidin

February 2026: hotel is good for the money I payed, location is good, near the Danube river , personal nice, bathroom is kind of too small, otherwise i recomand it . Prices are resonable.

I had the opportunity to use the hotel. I liked the blonde receptionist the most.

Away from everything. It is a nice retreat. Staff are extremely helpful. And pretty.

Great location, a lot of parking spots. The rooms are good, a little small but perfect. We were with 2 kids, they bought a kids bed special for us, because there was no one left. The elevator and bathrooms are really hot inside, but generally not bad.

I visited the restaurant twice and was left disappointed both times. I am vegan and there were hardly any options for me, but even the food that was available was not great. I tried their beans and they had nasty texture almost like mashed potatoes and very plainly flavoured. The other option I found was tomato tagliatelle, which had some lightly cooked (almost raw) courgette, peppers and tomatoes...

The rooms are small but very clean and stylishly decorated. The AC is tops! Great location with free parking. Would recommend! Friendly personnel.

Nothing exceptional about the hotel other than the view over the river Danube. Rooms were clean but clearly haven't had much maintenance recently, bed lights swung around and the bathroom sink leaked onto the floor (unsure if this was intentionally). Water dispenser was located on the corridor which made for middle of the night water drinking unconventional if we hadn't filled bottles up before retiring...

Hotel Rovno is the staple of the city of Vidin. Beautiful view from the higher floors to the Danube river. Next to the amazing park of Vidin. Also its within walking distance of the city center.

Very nice hotel near the coast of Dunava. The reception is open all night. They have a lovely view. I was in a room on the 8th floor and I can see the city and part of the river from above. The room was big. A bit old TV but I'm not here for that. The bathroom was clean. If you have to stay in Vidin and you want a decent hotel with a nice view this is your plece.

One of the best Hotels in Vidin. Very cheap by western European standards. Spotlessly clean. Good private ensuite facilities and spacious bedrooms.

There is no problem staying here. There is a large supermarket nearby. However, the bathroom is old and the drainage is not good. The WiFi reception in the room is also not good.

Stayed here overnight after a long road trip from the UK. Service was great and staff very friendly and helpful. There was a party on when we arrived on a Friday and music was loud. We were made aware of this by the hotel before we arrived and this wasn't a problem for us. They are pet friendly and accommodated our 2 large dogs for the night at a fair price. Would recommend and would stay here again...

One of few Restaurants in Vidin that have menus in English.Service and food excellent.

About 12 minutes walk to bus or train station. Hotel is a bit dated, a lot of facilities inside the room required replacement. Fortunately it was still kept in clean condition. Staff wasn't able to speak English, but they all were quite friendly.

Perfect value for price completed with helpful and hospitable, amicable service. Location could not be better.

Cosy hotel with nice rooms and nice staff. Breakfast is basic but covers all the bases.

Pro - Air conditioning works well. - internet connection is good - breakfast is big and already prepared for each person - extremely quiet - bathroom has jacuzzi but did not try it - accepts euro cash payment -private parking across the street, visible from hotel room -price is affordable, even with last minute booking Cons - could do better at cleaning - bed mattress feels old and not very comfortable...

Very nice place with perfect service. Very happy and smiling people. We have enjoyed our one-night-stay in a penthouse room with our two kids. The water was warm and there was a gym in the hotel. Not far away from the park and this means very close to baba Vida towers. This actually is the main and probably the only attraction in the town. We are happy that we have been guests of this hotel. Few words...

Nice hotel for transit. I was staying only one night. Breakfast is good. I have scrambled eggs. Private parking in backyard for one or two car. Restaurant with good food, not excellent. I am sceptic about the price because we ordered 2 portion of ribs with potatoes and no more than 5 draught beers and we pay more than 30 leva. This is the reason for 3 star, otherwise I can give 4.

Clean, nice friendly staff, good breakfast, ideal for recharging your batteries after a day of biking.
