With no doubt, this is the best place to stay ever and its restaurant is the best in town. I've never had such delicious food! The tip from me is I highly recommend ordering the goose!

Standard hotel with the most needed stuff included. However, we were not very happy that the Spa relax center was under maintenance which was one of the reasons to choose this hotel. The wifi is not very satisfying. I didn't like the bathroom because the ventilation didn't work and it was wet all the time. Very friendly staff,good food and nice room

Very basic and noisy: awfully loud music from the night club and the bell rings every hour, even at night. Breakfast is ok and rooms are clean though.

It's ok for the price, I stopped one night passing through Bulgaria, would use again.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful and understanding to two visually impaired people. Location for same is a bit far out do (ok for Normal people!!). Rooms are big and airy lovely terraces.

Panorama 3D is a beautiful Guest House with cosy rooms and kind people. We have been 3 times here and will surely return again! It has a beautiful view and a very nice garden too. Lovely place!

Brand new and so clean ! Just a detail, impossible for me and my husband to sleep well in synthetic sheets... please, use cotton only ! shame because the bed and the pillows are comfortable.

Superb hotel where the staff could not do enough for you. Rooms were really nice. If you are in that part of Bulgaria it is worth staying there.

Clean large rooms, SPA area is good, functional and very well maintained. We stayed off-season, hence the food offering was not extensive, however the food was very tasty

SPA was clean and good, room was clean and spacious but air conditioning wasn’t working 😟 dinner and breakfast were delicious. View from the balcony was spectacular and neighbourhood was quiet.

My family had an exciting weekend at the hotel. Central location, with parking, a gorgeous children's corner for babies, three indoor pools with different water temperatures. Our studio was wide, bright with a view of the mountains, the first rays illuminated the room. We will visit you again. Thank you for your concern

Great hotel. Staff is so friendly and welcoming and rooms are spacious and well maintained. Amazing view to the mountain and good cuisine. Made us feel at home, there were roya for the kids with very cute night lamp, iron & board, utilities, everything you need for your stay. I recommend.

Nice place in the city center. New refurbished hotel mixing new things with old furniture. The bathroom does not have a separate area for shower so it gets very slippery while taking a shower. I have almost fell. Breakfast was included but there was no option than a cheese sandwich, coffee or tee.

This place was a very nice surprise. Rooms are comfortable and clean, I booked twice and I got a nice balcony every time, breakfast includes crepes which I really love, they allow pets, you can pay with Euro and most importantly the hosts are very friendly. We drove there to get some rest for the night while traveling to and back from Greece and we weren't disappointed. Food is also nice and prices...

Very cozy and modern hotel. The rooms looks very nice. I like the restaurant too. And they send my laptop charger by mail because i forgot it there. This means a lot for me and i really appreciate it. I Reccomend this place.

A favourite place for a coffee

I visited the restaurant only. Do not have anything to share about the hotel. The restaurant is an average Bulgarian one, not bad, but nothing special.

Delicious food! Vi have Russians borsh, chicken soup and pork steak with grilled vegetables! Der isn't better place to eat in Berkovitsa!

Only visited the restaurant garden. It has a really nice setup, great service and tasty food. I found it a bit too expensive - arond 18-20 levs for a main dish. Also they have live music which is a bit too loud but adds to the feel of a typical Bulgarian mehana.

Really lovely place to eat. Food is excellent, great ambient with fireplace and sometimes live music. Very polite and helpful staff. It's a must in Berkovitsa.

Just in passing for a takeaway due to the reviews I read ... Although it was not open because they were preparing for several events, they invited me inside and took my order. While waiting, I noticed a very organized and enthusiastic staff. The food was worth the walk and wait at their place. I recommend.

Good place with minor quibbles. There is no real air conditioner, but a semblance without an outdoor unit that cannot cool the room. There is no dryer on the terrace.

Great hotel with a decent price, evwn low I might say! For breakfast we had a vhoice between mixed breakfast and omelete- the mixed one was great! Cheese, some jam, ham...very delicious! The rooms are spacious and clean.

Booked on site for just 1 night just for transit. Staff were pleasant and helpful, but be advised that they only speak Bulgarian. On the outside hotel is not impressive, but rooms are fully refurbished, very clean, the bathroom is nice and clean too, air conditioning and TV. We could order pizza at 23:00 upon arrival and some desert. Payment with card. Recommended.

The locations is fantastic. The gold facilities are great. The open buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff is kind and helpful. The restaurant has a huge selection of very fresh, tasty food and the breakfast was also very good other than the sausages. The hotel has a very large spa area with Finnish sauna, steam room, relaxation areas which makes the visit complete. My only concern was having to get towels from the staff outside smoking...

Overall a good hotel, with a totally undeserved 5* rating. Things that left me with a very bad impression were the tattered bathrobes, the broken tiles at the SPA, and the lack of hot water at the villa (at least that problem was quickly resolved by the staff). What a great place! We have always admired it from the highway on our way to and from Sofia. Glad we finally decided to check it out! Nice modern facility with everything you could possibly need or want. Our 1 night option included dinner and breakfast. Not sure if they have other options, but that was perfect for the price!

Its a place to stay if you've come to play golf, or possibly if you're on the road to somewhere else. Nice enough, and the restaurant was certainly fine, which is good because there's not much else around. Room was great, pretty big and warm enough. Its a short car journey to Pravets golf course if the main big hotel isn't open or costs a bit much.

Amazing location and a cosy pool, but that's about it. There were many things like mould and dirt that made our stay not such a pleasant piece or experience. I believe the villa has a good potential, but it's neglected. Also, there's not much of a parking space.

a special place in the middle of nowhere near Sofia. there are horses that can be seen. there is even a pony for kids. very very good food. also a guy from the personnel is extremely nice and funny
