Our first stay at this hotel, also dome dining at their restaurant and both have been great! We checked in with a nice gentlemen and we asked if we can get a room at higher floor, end up getting a nice ocean view room..big bonus there! I expected more with the reviews. Not a 5 star hotel. Lobby not warm or welcoming. It has no view to the beach. Small tucked away restaurant. Our room looked at the roof of the lobby and exterior lights shining into it. However the bed was comfortable and nice linen. Sufficient for short overnight stay not a room to spend time in to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a small kitchenette, a sofa and 2 large chairs and a small round dining table. It made our stay so comfortable and felt like being home. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when we needed something. We will definitely return when we are back in Parksville.
Service was great, the rooms were renovated and clean and it was great for my dog!
We stay here everytime we are in Parksvillle. Reasonable rates , good rooms, great staff and coffee bar , we love!
Lovely deep tub for a relaxing bath. Odd location for the toilet paper dispenser. Otherwise a great stay.
