The hotel is located quite far from the bus station, so the transfer from the airport is at the end of the line. The room was nice and clean. However, there was no complimentary water or minibar in the room; you had to go to the restaurant to buy water. The breakfast selection was also limited.

Fine hotel for one night Adequate hotel. Rooms are clean. Staff is a bit off the mark. They never seem to be where they are supposed to be. Nobody at reception. Nobody in the market shop. Nobody at breakfast. Staff needs better training and supervision.

A hotel that shows signs of aging and lack of renovation and maintenance; however, it serves well the purpose of a good night's sleep and a good bathroom. The parking access system is awkward and needs an upgrade.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and found that it more than met our needs. The room was large, modern and clean, and the staff were quite helpful. They also provided a nice breakfast selection. While not particularly close to the downtown area, there is a grocery store and outlet mall nearby.

It's ok. They have two different buildings. One is better than the other. Be sure to stay at the good one.

Very good hotel in downtown of Temuco. Close to main square, stores, banks. No air conditions in rooms, but surely not necessary the most of time. Psrking only for 10 cars free. Very good restaurant inside the hotel Frontera Clasico (in front of Frontera Plaza) Hotel is almost new, modern and comfortable. People from desk is very kind and they gave some good ideas for places to visit near Temuco

Good solid hotel clean and friendly

The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. The hotel felt safe and secure. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was bright and spacious.

This is a nice and cozy hotel with a very familiar atmosphere. Located almost at the Plaza Teodoro Schmidt in the city of Temuco, it is open all year. It has nice rooms, restaurant service, very good attention from its staff and also, the prices are quite convenient. As I usually say in my reviews, a highly recommended place.

Very nice, comfortable and pleasant environment. It has a nice reception, although inside it seems to be a labyrinth, it is easy to locate. The breakfast room is slightly small, but not uncomfortable, although I don't know how it would be with more people or almost full, it may be uncomfortable there.
