Not really high level as descript. For 20 minutes before, not check inn. Not room service. No water in the room for drink. To expensive considering the service.

Good hotel, but service needs improvement The hotel is nice and the room too. Service should be better, specially at checkin which was a bit slow and co fussing about the parking space (included for free if there are spaces available)

Very functional, beautiful pool area. Food service very limited, breakfast average, somewhat limited and very crowded. Rooms clean and comfortable. Awsome resturant 5 min walk down the street to right next to shell station, overall good experience.

Good hotel at a nice location. Good Gym. Staff at reception didn't want to hold a lacked for us (it was a business trip and we were waiting for a box with flyers etc) but they accepted it eventually.

The hotel is located quite far from the bus station, so the transfer from the airport is at the end of the line. The room was nice and clean. However, there was no complimentary water or minibar in the room; you had to go to the restaurant to buy water. The breakfast selection was also limited.

The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. The hotel felt safe and secure. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was bright and spacious.

Cons: can be noisy due to thin walls

Its an okay hotel, nothing special but in line with expectations. The neighborhood felt so-so, but all in all Temuco wasn't a place to stay for long.

It's ok. They have two different buildings. One is better than the other. Be sure to stay at the good one.

Very good hotel in downtown of Temuco. Close to main square, stores, banks. No air conditions in rooms, but surely not necessary the most of time. Psrking only for 10 cars free. Very good restaurant inside the hotel Frontera Clasico (in front of Frontera Plaza) Hotel is almost new, modern and comfortable. People from desk is very kind and they gave some good ideas for places to visit near Temuco

Clean, air conditioning working. For some, the location is excellent because it's central, while for others, it's not so great due to the noise and crowds. If you're looking for peace and quiet, it's not the best option. But everything is clean and well-maintained.

Excellent localization. The room and bathroom are very good new and clean, with air conditioning with new towels, with good wardrobe, small safe. The water is hot and good intensity. The breakfast is simple but very good with fruits.
