On 3-4-2026 we were arranged by Wing On Travel to stay in this hotel for two nights. The bar in lobby was not opened for customers around 20:00 hrs, few choices of wines there and no beers were being sold there. The air conditioner in the room was not working at the temperature between 18 and 20 c, we have to open the door for ventilation. The buffet breakfast was o.k. The decoration of lobby is good

The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, and its location near the ski resort was perfect. The hot spring package included was also great for kids, with a dedicated children's play area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was excellent value for money; the tofu pudding was especially delicious. Overall, a five-star experience. Lovely pet friendly hotel in Yanqing. Good for access to the park and Longqing gorge.

The New Year's Day dinner had a great variety and tasted delicious. The hot springs were very relaxing. The iQIYI Park next to the hotel kept the kids entertained for two or three hours. We really appreciate the room service staff who repeatedly helped us retrieve forgotten items. My only suggestion is that it would be great if we could pick up all the toiletries at the front desk when checking in

I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Beijing Shiyuan. It was such a wise choice for a family vacation, and our experience was absolutely amazing. Basic and cheap hotel, a bit old so the walls and bathroom are dirty. Took forever to get hot water. There was no shampoo and soap and cups. I asked and got them. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We slept very well overall. Staff was friendly. price reflects the quality. Ok for a weekend outside Beijing.

The room is relatively clean and there is self-service laundry

When traveling to Beijing, this hotel is convenient for going to Badaling Wildlife Park and the Great Wall. The key is that the hotel has a rich breakfast, the durian cake is delicious, there is a self-service roujiamo, and you can add the fillings yourself. The room is OK, the price is cheap, the room is clean, but the room is a little small, the facilities are a little old, the TV is not new and the screen is too small, it is an old three-star hotel, that's it. Very enjoyable place. Highly recommend. The host is very friendly.

The scenery was beautiful, but when I went there was nothing there, and it was always empty. There were no other food options nearby, so I had to eat at their place, which was expensive and not very good, making it inconvenient. Hygiene seemed fine.

Fabulous service and great value for money! Their daughter even offered to drive us to a cafe the day that we checked out which saved us money on a taxi. Very sweet of her!

The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the badaling great wall. The overall experience was peaceful. My brother forgot his pants so the hotel owner asked for my address and sent the parcel to my place. He was so nice and kind.
